Looking to pay bank cash deposit into your bank, cash f2f depending on your location, cash in the post or open to other suggestions (Gold/Silver or online payments?). Looking to pay under market value - rate can be negociated depending on travel costs if any and the amount you are able to supply on a weekly basis.
