I joined C-Cex and deposited btc there for buying other altcoin. I purchased some XVG, withdrew it from C-Central to my Verge wallet and about 12 hours later, my wallet is still empty. When I check block experts, it appears that the transfer has completed. Are my coins gone, vanished into the ether...or am I a complete idiot? Thanks for any guidance. Chris Usually your first step in these types of situations would be to log a support ticket with the exchange.... Will try again later today. I don't have much invested so far. If it's a loss, I can deal with it.

I don'the know if there is anything I can do about this. Seems a bit scammy, but I should probably chock it up to my inexperience.
