From the seclog (https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php) page I can see : - March 10, 2016, 08:44:16 PM - Benito Finito - password reset via email so I don't know if it is an hacked account or if it is the real owner. It's around since 2014, maybe even longer (reference (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=601729.0)).The "report" you mention is Seb's suggestion about adding it to the [suspicious link removed] filter list, which I support. You're right though, theymos probably didn't see that one yet. Second user lately(seen that URL before) that used the same phishing link via PM.
Report them on sight and be sure to hover over any links before clicking them(working on something to verify forum URLs).
