I did find one offer for 0.66 credits that didn't need a card but nothing for 0.34 to counteract it. It looks like I can't complete the offer as it would end up costing me more than $5 and/or my credit card info which I'm not ok with giving out for 'free trials'. It's the same ones you always see. I'm really not sure how the payday loan made it into the 'free' section either.
The info you need to sign up is First an last name, email address, residential address and date of birth. From there most of the offers need a credit card and/or need you to buy something.
