Looks like it was farmed. It would be a great deal if you sold it at 0.008 BTC since no one can join a signature campaign with poor quality posts except Yobit. So chances of ROI is low here. I got already a bif of 0.01btc,running from a newbie account,the quality of posts are very poor something that the new owner can easy make it better and the roi here will be achieved in less then 1 month as the account by activity will reach full member,since its automatic upgraded at 120 activity points.
