This sounds more you wanna to get some identity to get some loan and scam the people as there are several scammers if your country doesnt allow well maybe because bad reputation country online.

I am legit person not need to scam people like you....i not need email accsess for email account,i only need username and login.
So you have email accsess.if i do anything wrong then you can complain it to BTCJam.

I think what he told is perfect , if you want to get loan then you can directly contact them and tell them about your requirement , they may help you.

You are replying that you are a legit person , and you just need username and login, but what will he do with email account , if he go and complain to BTC Jam about this deal first he will catch him and tell him why he helped you without knowing anyone. and no one can do anything to you if you run away.

This is nice way of scamming peoples.

2.I cannot open my own account

I think few guys already mentioned that, no one will be ready to risk to get few coins. If you can't get loan from your country than you should find some other ways to get your loan either from your friends or with family members. Since your newbie on this forum so no one will trust you, if you say you will not use this purchased account for scamming lenders. I don't think any one will sell account to you unless some one got a hacked account.

#2 just gives away all kinds of red flags. "I am an honest legal person"

And #3 you have a salary okay, so just submit the w-2 to them and you should be good then right? lol.
