that is only 4days old address so i guess that wont mean much to prove ownership over the account. anyway it looks like that is the account being sold few days ago for just .01btc because that account is kicked in the yobit signature campaign

Staked addresses should be at least 3 month old, before being considered valid for this purpose.

To me, this looks like a disguised account sale, with no intention to repay the lender.
First no interests/terms are mentioned, then there are interests, that are 25% of the loan for a weeks time.
Can't sign from an old address. This all stinks!

Ha,you were too late in deleting your comment .Got your scam.He is mostly selling the account he is taking the loan on. Here is the auction https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1397707.0 and he was not too fast deleting his comment which he tried to post from his other account.I could not quote the comment as it was deleted before but hey I managed to screen shot :)
