This sounds like a traffic exchange.
If the traffic was real ,how could you control the time visitors spent on  website?
What traffic exchange do you use?

yes. if we don't know your source then how can we deal with you.  give your traffic source and tell us are these traffics are legit or not. there are so many peoples who provide fake bot traffic to websites and stole their money. and because of bot's traffic website owners loose their adsense account and their website will almost dead.

I would be interested if the traffic is geniune people, there is zero reason for me to have thousands of bot vistors as i sell things and bots dont usually buy.  ;D

I register yesterday on that site and recived 200 free credits.It is autosurf site,it mean that you start to view other sites and all is full automatic.But I'm not sure how AdSense and others look on such traffic?

If choose hide refer in options then adsense will say nothing about that. ;)  Already tested it.
