Had a couple of questions about Deposits in my mail thought I would address that.
WE WILL HAVE A SWIFT NUMBER! This will take time but it will happen, until then we will use other services for cash deposits.
We will also take credit cards from members for deposit.
Bitcoins will be accepted.
Litecoins will be accepted. "limited use" until the demand for use grows or goes.
We will accept alt coins with conditions, Conditions is there needs to be a upfront of 3500 coins of the currency must be donated to the credit union. This will cover the cost to add the currency to the system and for use to have reserves.

sample of what its all going to look like at bitcoins-r-us.com

So basically after having paid twenty quid for a three hour Cadbury's factory visit one Sunday you find yourself ready to participate in the global packaged chocolate market.

Why stop there? We still need ASICs and where's the flying cars and submerged cities already!

If you have been here long enough you would understand lol
I treat everyone as the treat me, its a great way to live life, if you do not like me do not do business with me.

Not only that no one would walk into a office and say something like that. If you did guess what they would say to you?
And then have you removed by security... There is really no security here so we have to fend the trolls off ourselves .

Not only that no one would walk into a office and say something like that.

Let me assure you that in the unlikely event you'd somehow manage to make your way into some office I occupy I'd be telling you the exact same thing (probably right before having you removed by security, sure).

Moving on, will your credit union issue BTC passports too? Do you have any plans to bring the legality level over 100% in the future?

Wow, I'm surprised at how lax credit union regulation is where you are. Where I am, to be 100% legal, I'd have to have at least 4 other partners who each put up millions of USD as collateral. (among many other compliance issues)

Your link indicates you are in north carolina. So you are complying with all of http://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/sessionlaws/html/1981-1982/sl1981-282.html? Which means you have 9 other partners hundreds of thousands of dollars (minimum) and all deposits can be withdrawn in US legal tender (as per the regulation)?

I have always maintained BitcoinINV is one of the more humorous posters on here.

Why isn't this in Offtopic though? Normally we do parody threads in there.

What made you decide to start the firm in Sweden when you're a US resident?

Would guess that's becasue Sweden allows you to register an Ekonomisk Förening - which is a form of Credit Union that requires no licence or capital (and no KYC requirements either).  Of course to do that all users have to be members of an assocation (no more than 1000 allowed) and, unless he also has a seperate offshore payment processor setup (which would charge fees so as no profit was made) he has to pay 30% of all declared profits to Sweden.

Only thing that concerns me is whether after a few weeks he'll get bored of it and just keep the funds - as happened with his mining company where he stopped mining after only a few weeks and since has just constantly delayed doing anything and is only now, with ASICs out, trying to sell off the crappy hardware that noone wants.

That's interesting.
But just FTR, keeping a list of members is already doing KYC.

Maybe.  The fact that they're offering currency exchange services might invoke KYC requirements.

Quote
KYC covered entities: Banks; insurance companies; securities
firms; currency exchange houses, providers of electronic money,
and money transfer companies; accounting firms; law firms and
tax counselors; casinos, gambling entities and lottery ticket sale
outlets; dealers of vehicles, art, antiques and jewelry; and real
estate brokers

Wait, isnt one of the main points of bitcoin the fact that we dont have to deal with banks for the most part?  Why wouldnt I just keep my funds perfectly secure in my own wallet rather that in some wannabe bank that is possibly a complete scam, judging by how much of a clusterfuck this thread is already :)

Great stuff to bring up guys, yes sweeden will offer us a way to operate in the bitcoin world with out having to worry to much about big brother. We know about all the offshore stuff and we got that sorted out already as well.

We plan for full KYC & AML compliance required or not.
Mods please keep forum on topic.

Bitcoin-key's is still operating ;). The game is not even part of the reason for having any of it. It the fact of being able to sell "items" with as a bitcoins as a"Bonus". This worked and the CC processor allowed it. After talking with my account director he told me I did not need the game site to sell coins. Product bitcoin-keys.com

You should have stayed with the evolution of it before you make claims :).

What 2 share holders failed to say, is the 2 people that owned 75% of the company decided to pull the plug. But lets keep this on topic there was some great convo there.
