I am interested but I was sure they had stopped these   ??? :o
cards are still being sold till date by company itself and its franchise.
I have already suggested people to use escrow , in case if cards don't work you will get a full pay refund.

Do you have the receipt for these vanilla visa gift cards?

Few red flags:
#1 - He does not have receipts.  You can only purchase these from physical stores.  There is always a receipt.

#2 - He says he is getting them through his "agency name".  God only knows what that means..lol

#3 - Even if you use ESCROW and the funds are there initially, they can still go bad at any point in time.  Funds can take awhile to get deactivated even if they were carded/obtained via fraud.

I would deal with extreme caution!

I welcome FriendlyChemist to provide some REAL proof.  I will remove this post if proof is provided.

He is selling $500 vanilla (mostly one vanilla) cards that are obtained through RANSOMWARE (fake virus that locks computer screen and asks user to buy the one vanilla card and enter the info to unlock) or may be obtained through scams(Debt collector scams, payday loan scams ,IRS Scams etc).I don't mean teh OP is directly involved..but may be buying from these scammers at 40% or less and selling them
If he is really buying in stores or even through agency ,he shoudl be able to get the cards fro any value say $499 or $487.50 etc..but he can't..
DEAL WITH CAUTION
