It is already confirmed. It looks like it was sent an hour ago? We went 57 minutes without any blocks being solved, so blocks were coming a bit slower than average at the time the transaction was sent. There were then 3 blocks that all came within 6 minutes of each other. I think your transaction was confirmed in the third of those three transactions.
