1. Plug in network cable to router 2. It's just a matter of taking the power cords from one of your current miners or an old Pentium or something.
As for the lack of instructions, I think that helps you "smuggle" it into the country. Or perhaps it could make it harder instead as you have to explain to your customs authorities what the hell this box is.
