Title: SCN
Post by: Richard-Daystrom on March 17, 2016, 08:31:07 AM
Sea Fever
I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by;
And the wheel’s kick and the wind’s song and the white sail’s shaking,
And a grey mist on the sea’s face, and a grey dawn breaking.

I must go down to the seas again, for the call of the running tide
Is a wild call and a clear call that may not be denied;
And all I ask is a windy day with the white clouds flying,
And the flung spray and the blown spume, and the sea-gulls crying.

I must go down to the seas again, to the vagrant gypsy life,
To the gull’s way and the whale’s way where the wind’s like a whetted knife;
And all I ask is a merry yarn from a laughing fellow-rover,
And quiet sleep and a sweet dream when the long trick’s over.

SCN
SCN,aka Super Computer Network,a crypto project based on blockchain idea from Bitcoin and Ethereum, aims for global computer network with modular blockchain, scalable corechain/sidechains,customed smart contracts, plugin kit ,and so on.
Essentially,SCN aims to be a global super computer network for any purpose.,such as run software/program,execute smart contract, computing puzzles, global property exchange,or anything you can imagine.

Features:
1.Proof of Stake Consensus algorithm
PoS is a more secure, flexible, scalable, lightweight and user friendly algorithm, can be run on most devices, even smart phones.
No inflation, and total amount is constant after IPO end.

2.Corechain and Sicechain
SCN will implement Corechain and Sidechains architecture.
Corechain will be responsible of validatig transactions from all sidechains and secure network, included only 1 type transaction, transfer SCN token.
The prunable Sidechains will be used to implement all other features as following.
This architecture can decrease the blockchain floating dramatically,as all transactions on sidechains can be pruned periodically by snapshot.
So many device can run SCN software as node, even smart phone or other mobile devices, and will make SCNet much more decentralized and secure.

3.Modular blockchain
Any user can start and set up a modular sidechain simply selecting needed function/features from existing kit, including smart property/exchange,alias/DNS,voting,digital identity, and so on.
You can also model your specific feature with the plugin system for your own use or sell your coded features.

4.Arbitrary Customed Smart Contract
Anyone can model customed smart contract or program, also can use existed basic smart contract module to achieve any goals on sidechains.

5.Plugin Kit
With plugin kit, anyone can share or sell their new Dapps or new features. This simplify the process of new added features/Dapps.
And it's also easy to use, user just select demanded features/Dapps from kit box.

6.Super Computing Network
SCN provides the infrastructure for a decentralized/distributed computation of any tasks all over the internet.
Users, those who need computational resources, code their issues using SCN software development kit and broadcast it to the network with some amount SCN tokens as payment.
The computing power providers are motivated to offer their computational resources in exchange for a portion of those SCN tokens. The amount of this portion depends on the amount of work a computing provider has contributed in ration to the rest of the network. All process with a fair and market-driven price.

At the beginning, there maybe a bit tasks and computing power, but with network growing and intentional bounty, more and more tasks and computing resources will be attracted in to SCNet.
Eventually,SCN will include a decentralized Super Comupting Network all over the world used for any computational problems.

IPO
Machines/Math are simply more efficient (but not necessarily better) than human beings, but with humanity will be the best choice for breaking through the darkness to light,so is the IPO.
1. Set a secret phrase,and save it safely(IMPORTANT!!!)
2. Calculate SHA256 hash of this secret phrase(SHA256 online calculator (http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator))
3. Calculate SHA256 hash of the hash you got in 2nd step
4. Send any amount bitcoins to 1GobS8DaDv3bFHer6JmvxypK29hXhnuRrr (https://blockchain.info/address/1GobS8DaDv3bFHer6JmvxypK29hXhnuRrr) attached a message with the hash you got in 3rd step above
5. 1 BTC = 2000 SCN tokens
6. Extra Bounty:
    During first 7 days, participants will receive 7% extra bounty,that's,1BTC=2140 SCN tokens
    2nd 7 days,6%,decrease gradually by 1% every 7 days
7. Duration:49 Day or 7 Weeks from now(4th May,UCT 7:00)
8. Total amount of SCN tokens will not be determined until IPO ends
9. All SCN tokens will be distributed in genesis block when launching the software
10. The genesis will be activated within 2 month after IPO with basic prototype, depending on the testers' enthusiasm.

After SCN launched, you will need the secret phrase in 1st step above to claim your SCN tokens.

That's it.

Bounty
1.Testers,PM me.
The more testers take part in,the better/stable/faster launch.(now)
2.Multi-language ann are welcomed.(now)
3.Faucet.(after launch)
4.A classic exchange BTC with SCN or list for existing exchange platforms.(after launch)

Bounty amount not determined yet, will announce soon according to status of test period.

Now,I must back to ship for maintenance and will be here few days later.

So let me get this straight,

You are selling an IPO/ICO without escrow before the code is complete and tested?
Good luck with that.  ::)

Get a well known and trusted escrow, else this looks like a naked scam.

I can't believe people fell for the first IPO scams. Who would expect people to fall for them two years later?

Haha.  This is so bad not even the noobs are falling for it.

There is already a real project on decentralized supercomputing, ELASTIC.  Look that up.

SCN implement PoS consensus to secure blockchain and computing is just one expected features, nothing with blockchain.
There are many powers which did not find a better way to utilize them,SCN is a better choice for exchange computing power.

That's a fail ^^^ Really bad sentence.

Try to add something like "all IPO funds will be used for further development of the technology" or "IPO funds will be used to fight poverty around the globe" or even try to be honest and say "I will get myself some weed and hookers with IPO funds".

Be creative  ;D

IPO is just for distribution of genesis tokens, further development depend on SCN community together rather than others.
If it happens like ethereum did, surely, all funds will be served as SCN project community fund.
