This can be a bad thing for you and people looking for loans when you start dealing in personal information.
Its easy to fake these documents and its also easy for you to profit off their identity. Suggest you only deal with established accounts as well,to easy to run off with no issues.

Just to let you know if you don't take collateral, you are going to lose all your bitcoins because what guarantees to you that the person will give you correct personal information? They could just lie to you, take your bitcoins, and never respond.

I suggest taking bitcointalk accounts and collateral only. As a previous lender myself, I have very rarely seen collateral be offer worth 110-120% of the loan amount which is often the norm.

You are better off lending through somewhere like BTCJam, where at least you can look at people's loan history and whether they have paid back other people. Otherwise, the risk is too great.

Can you specify what type? Also what kind of collateral would equate to what kind of loan. I've been looking for a good OTC lender for a while.

1st of all, I.D and oter proof of identification can easily be faked. If someone provided this as a collateral, then it is of no use thus it should not be considered as a valid collateral.
2nd, accepting these invalid collaterals just so you want to because it's your coins will not be encouraged in here as this kind of action tends to attract scammers and we don't want to see scammers lurking in your thread everyday asking for a loan with a nonvalid collateral.
3rd, please read the stickies first before lending someone in here. Also Do not just accept bitcointalk accounts as collateral be sure to secure them with a signed message and know it's value.

Offer me a Loan. Also I insist the OP to post your signed bitcoin transaction of the loans you have already given. The accounts which you say loans are provided are very old but brand new accounts. I think this thread will get lot of attention today.

Was told last night at 6:28 ET I would receive BTC in 24-42 hours. Now that I created post tracking loan and OP just logged on and saw, I am told some of my docs are unreadable. This after sending 17 docs/images to OP already after he asked for every thing and the kitchen sink and also after he told me all was good last night. It's damaging to his scam if word gets out so its one excuse after another with OP.

I did some research on OP's company and what I found is unsettlingly to say the least. I lacked poor judgement giving out my info so I accept some of the responsibility but please no one else fall victim to OP. Safe to say I will be keeping a close eye on my accounts from here out and was also fortunate enough to track down contact info for connected scam companies to OP's.

Honestly don't need this BS, was looking for loan and OP would have made $50 in three day time but this individual had no intention of doing an honest transaction. Now I'm left with some POS having all my info that considers employment stealing other's identity.

I understand the need to be cautious in this environment but I sent OP several docs and he had excuse after excuse. Here is your warning OP, I have all the contact info I need so try your scam and see end result.

Good day all.

Since you are a newbie and you're claiming to have 7 bitcoins right now,do you mind showing us the proof anyway ?
1.Sign a message from the address you're holding coins at,if you don't know how to do that,I will help you.
2.This will make sure you're serious about the business and not behind hijacking collaterals.

Edit : If this post is ignored,I would not recommend anyone giving your collateral to him. Please use Escrow.
