I am trying to use BitInstant to purchase some bitcoins, but I'm facing (what I think is) a problem. I wanted to moneygram $103.95 (including the ZipZap fee), and when I tried to pay the cashier at CVS, he told me to only give him $100. Is this right, or did something mess up?
