I wouldn't do that if I were you. never use a 3rd party service to store your private keys. if they go down or get hacked you'll lose all of your btc. better safe it off the internet.

I think there don't exist 100% safe online storage. Do you remember the iCloud hack before they didn't think they would be easy hacked.

That's not the best thing to do even if they are encrypted , It would be better to print them and store them safely somewhere . (Make sure to delete them from online storage)

Thank you!
Was just wondering if there was some service.

Will use cold storage for the same, then.

I've BIP-38 encrypted mine, printed out the QR code, laminated them, and gave a copy to my brother to keep in his house... Only works if you trust your family ;)

No. Cloud storage services usually has access to your data without encryption. Since it is online, a hacker can potentially compromise your account from elsewhere by using a password from a leaked database. BIP38 encryption is quite secure in terms of slowing down the attack but if you use a weak password, it can still be easily guessed by using a dictionary attack, as long as someone has access to your encrypted private key.

Depends how you encrypt the private key.I'd simply encrypt my private key using symmetric ciphers with the main key known to myself and upload the encrypted key on the cloud.Even if the server gets hacked or somehow hackers get access to my text file, they wouldn't be able to decrypt it as the characters to perform the symmetric key algorithm would only be known to me.And its impossible to bruteforce.

there is nothing like "secure" and "online" and never will be...

It is, but first be sure to encrypt your keys, or obfuscate them in some huge text document and then encrypt. :)

Store a copy in two different cloud services, I recommend SpiderOak and Google Drive.

IMO, anything online is not safe at all. :D
Better store your privatekey privately on your home. Print multiples copies of your backup and store it in someplace in your home that only you can access. It's best if you have two copies just ncase the other got lost but be sure to secure both.

You know, I like your posts. Kind of think of you as family. I'd be more than willing to keep some of your private keys... ;) :p

i wouldn't do it. Just write it in a paper sheet and , make some copy and store it in a secure location. If you're cloud gets hacked you lost all

I think you don't need to store it on cloud service , you can store it on your computer or any external desk , that is better

Agree with you @cryptoheadd securing online is not excempted from hacking or some security breach. Its vulnerable. You can print and laminate it and put in a secure place.
