Title: 777Coin signatre campaign - possible scam?
Post by: tommorisonwebdesign on March 18, 2016, 02:47:59 PM
I'm waiting on payments for two weeks of work from the 777Coin signature campaign. It was great , as long as I remained active and posting. I was promoting their casino for about a year and didn't bother to try other campaigns. However, it'sw been almost two weeks since I got a payment from them and I am getting pretty fed up with not being paid. I am using Bitcoin partially to live on, and it's important to me that I get what I'm owed.

Well campaign manager manages the signature campaign well and good but sometimes campaign manager gets the fund from lightlord late.At the moment bitvest.io  signature campaign is managed by same person and funds are paid by the same person. So did you tried asking bitvest sig. campaign participants whether they are getting paid or not??

I was thinking about joining that campaign but when I was reading through the thread it seemed too messy for me, and I couldn't see that the manager was very active, not knocking anyone but I am used to being part of some nice smooth on time campaigns.

I hope you receive your payment.

Join another campaign. Lightlord is notoriously late to pay the campaign managers and this obviously has a knock on effect.

Who is managing the campaign?  Have you contacted lightlord? He's still active was seemingly bidding on forum a slots which he won recently:

Bids must be evenly divisible by 0.02? (As suggested in the op rules).

Right. When people bid a value that is not evenly divisible by 0.02, I always round down to the next acceptable value. So a bid at 0.03 would be interpreted as a bid at 0.02.

Auction ended, final result:
Slots BTC/Slot Person
2 0.08 lightlord
1 0.08 ni23457
1 0.08 einax
2 0.08 FortuneJack
2 0.08 modernbuddha
1 0.08 ExoPlanets.io

He probably just needs a kick up the arse. Leave them negative feedback if it's becoming habbit.

Lutpin’s managing it, he’s been good usually. They do have delays but not for 10 weeks, that’s taking the piss. Lutpin’s been quiet in the thread for ages.

Can I count on a DT member to leave lightlord red trust if this carries on?

I’m hesitant to move campaign until these bastards pay us. There’s 0.24BTC in the escrow but still nothing. So unorganised. If it goes on much longer it possibly could be considered a scam.

Edit - I PM’d both lightlord & Lutpin the other day & so far they’ve ignored me -

Gentlemen, Wednesday 12th September will be 10 weeks withput payment for the 777Coin signature campaign.

Any update on when we are likely to be paid as after this payment I’ll be changing campaigns due to poor payment schedule.

Any response would be appreciated although I expect to hear nothing.

Regards

LFC

Try contacting Zodiac1233 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=21720). He might be a developer but he can contact and poke lightlord about this issue.

I too have messaged Lutpin roughly 4 weeks ago with still no answer. Can you like just have them pay whats left in the escrow out, this has been absolutely way too long. Time to pay or time to shut 777 coin down!!!

Did not bother with Lightlord as I attempted to contact him, the last time payments were late. I NEVER recieved a response!

The least you could do is reach out to the people you owe $$ to and explain the situation, and give them a time frame. The not replying is the shady part!

The bitvest.io campaign is also 10 weeks without paying. Also owned by Lightlord and managed by Lutpin. They don't give any explanation on the campaign thread, either.

Somebody on DT needs to paint lightlord red otherwise he has no motivation to pay

Ten weeks is unacceptable, but I'd just leave if this has become the norm. That campaign was bad a long time ago and I left running it because of the lack of input from Lightlord and it was a nightmare getting payment from him. I had to bite the bullet and leave Coinroll as well rather than hope the payments get sent at one point.

Who is holding money in escrow?

I'll message both of them later.

Who is holding money in escrow?

Campaign is currently in hold by an Escrow Agent (Luptin), payouts will be every Monday from escrow address: 1777k9vt93BNh3k8ZQ9zYcLeEybr2bSp4U
https://blockchain.info/address/1777k9vt93BNh3k8ZQ9zYcLeEybr2bSp4U

But there aren't enough funds to pay for the 10 weeks.

There’s 0.24BTC sitting there doing nothing though. Glad hilarious is going to message them because they don’t give a shit unless a heavy hitting account questions them about it.

Hello LFC_Bitcoin

Sorry for the delay replying to this. I was out of town for a bit. I am no longer too involved in 777Coin, aside from maintenance on the site its self. I have informed lightlord in-person of what you have sent me. I would expect he resolves this quickly.

Edit - The Pharmacist (DT) has now painted lightlord red for non payment of sig. campaign for 10 weeks & counting

To be fair, we have to say that it wasn’t Lightlord’s fault.

I had to be away for a while for reasons outside of my control and things got backed up,
when I tried catching up on outstanding payments, the forum was under DDoS and I got blocked by cloudflare, making it impossible for me to do any kind of post counts.
That was some time ago now, and I know I should have caught up on everything sooner. I didn't. I'm sorry.
I'm also not trying to use this as an excuse, but just telling you what was up.

That being said, I've so far made sure everyone got paid for their time involved in my campaigns, and I do not plan to change this.
Give me some time to catch up with everything, and I promise you everyone will get what they are due.

Lutpin doesn’t deserve a negative rating of course. I did one for lightlord but I’ll remove it when Lutpin pays us.
Since this is my fault, if anyone does, it is me.

We are still waiting for the payment but Lutpin (the campaign manager) has lots of posts to count. Let’s hope this gets sorted out within a week. Next Tuesday it will be 12 weeks without payment.
