Isn't there any way to verify paypal account with a use and through CC or DC that comes with card number and cvv? Is there any site that gives u free CC or DC?

there are a good number of sites that will give both plastic and virtual debit cards out there the most common being the virtual cards which can be acquired through a small task of maybe following one of their social network handles and the alike.......for your first question definitely a CC/DC has to have the card number and cvv for them to be used to perform that transaction you want. For the verification some one has to chip in to assist but then again for the account to be verified the process will differ with where you come from(country) 

I would want to check with Payoneer.
Payoneer is a mastercard provider and good thing of payoneer is when you sign up for a master card, it will create a US Based Bank Of America Account for you and you can easily verify your paypal with these bank of amercia details, enjoy your 100% verified paypal account.

it is an old method. paypal was accepted payoneer's provided bank of america informations and get varified successully. but now it won't work. paypal need mobile verification and you must need a USA mobile number to varify your paypal account, if you want to varify your paypal through payoneer card. 

I've used Entropay in the past as a virtual card. That has a number and cvv but it was pretty screwy. Alot of places wouldn't take it.

Pioneer i think is the one that you can use to verify paypal.. but if you finding the fastest way to verify paypal i would suggest netteller you can use their vcc and your paypal will instantly verify fast.. .. but never use their creadit card or debit card..

for verify your  paypal i would suggest you use netteller you can use their vcc and your paypal will instantly verify fast..but you need to deposit $3 in your account you can get card instant.if you face any problem just pm me.thanks :)

I have read here that people are getting they paypal verified with the virtual debit card of e-coin, but only VISA, but now as far as i know they are not providing anymore visa vcc, you can try SpectroCoin virtual debit card, as far as i know it is only $0.5.

Well, if I recall correctly there is a website that gives you free virtual card, but you will need to be at least 18 years old to acquire the card. There is no ID verification needed, but I can't recall the website as the admin rejected my application and left the website without bookmarking it. You can purchase a virtual card from Spectrocoin as it only cost around 50 cents per card which are almost free IMO. The minimum amount of deposit is $10 though.

Just want to quote you mate Pioneer/payoneer you can this card to verify paypal? I'm looking for this method way back and the best way that I've seen was netteller but I'm still checking for a freeway so if payoneer will do no need for any money involve to verify paypal right?

I think it's the cheapest and the easiest way to verify PayPal account.

In Canada when i made my account some years ago all i did was add my Bank account number.
I have never had a CC in my life and my Paypal account is still verified.
Although i do not know what the policies are for other countries.. or if they changed.

IF they catch you buying or selling Crypto Currencies with Paypal,
They will launch an investigation on you, lock your account, freeze all payments and auto-ban you from their forums.

..So do not be fooled by staff here permitting this activity in the market section.
It is against the TOS with Paypal.
And i had seen proof before users have know this here since 2012.

Many of us have gotten the same exact "TOS Violation" Alert message via email from Paypal.
When i got mine late 2013 i Googled part of the email i was sent and what did i see ?
Someone who posted theirs here in 2012.

This web site has CHOSEN to turn a blind eye to this blatant violation.

And i can safely say my almost 3 month long fight with Paypal was the most frustrating online experience of my life.
In the end i had to pay out of pocket to get a lawyer involved..

Sadly places like Bitcointalk and exchanges like BTCe simply turn a blind eye to the laws & rules.
Allowing TONS of people to walk blindly into a trap.. highly irresponsible!

I lost respect for both seeing how they both knew (and other services) yet continue to allow it to happen.

I also am literally the only person i have ever seen in Crypto warning people.
I have more class & integrity than all of these assholes combined .

I think the best card to verify PayPal is paymaya. Yesterday I shop in paymaya shop . my PayPal not verified yet.  I will waiting to verified . buy paymaya now guyz. The best to verify. Thanks and god bless

Out of 5 of accounts that I used entropay on, they got limited 5 days later for unusual activity on the card.

I think debit card why because if u put credit card if u register site using ur PayPal chance to have credit because there are many cases that register online after that the credit card have credit but not the owner credit

So in other words what you want is to get your account verified "anonymously".

There are lots of sites to get virtual card. Best one and most commonly used  is Entropay
But you can also use small value credit or debit card to get your paypal account verified and later on get the card cancelled or reissued from bank .
Have been using paypal for years . But paypal never deducted amount from my card. So even if your card is stored there it should not be problem
