Title: Spamming or Scamming? Both negative trust?
Post by: Coinbuddy on March 18, 2016, 07:03:51 PM
I agree that i have done Spamming with my previous account (usamakhalid061) and it got negative trust. I created a new account to start from clean slate and then got negative trust as i become alt.

I say again that i done spamming on the boards with my previous account by posting my websites referral links etc. But never scammed or steal someone money, not even a penny and never asked for any loan.

This is really bad, that BTCTalk treat both in same way and you can check my this account. In past year i never spammed the websites links like i have done it previously. I don't think i should have negative trust, there should be time limit for negative trust or neutral rating for spamming. When it comes to scamming or stealing someone money you have full rights to add negative.

What do you think?

there should be time limit for negative trust or neutral rating for spamming.

That's based on the presumption that criminals/scammers eventually see the error of their ways and change.

Most don't - they just complain when they get caught and move to a new identity.

I think posting this publicly can only do one thing - earn more negs.

Talk privately to those who negged you. Don't try to threaten, bribe, play victim, or beg. Honest repentance might help but it's up to those individuals.

Yeah the forum police gotcha for your alt, good luck trying to convince them you're rehabilitated.  They're new enough such that no one knows if they'll remove a neg with time.  Yet they're trusted, go figure.

First time you contacted me (on the 17th of March) I responded and asked you not to contact me again, yet two days later you contact me again. - Your second one to start swearing at me which tells me you aren't prepared to change, just use stronger and stronger tactics (such as this thread I've only just come across) to pressure people to have them do your bidding - in this case remove their distrust of you.

I was not talking about either one of those, and I will not criticize DTs or staff here in this thread or any new ones unless I have a very good reason.  Blood pressure doesn't need to be up any more than it is and drama here seems to have cooled down somewhat.
