If you had a blue opium poppy then you could sell it to a seed company and make billions. It's one of the holy grails of horticulture. Lol. Nice Meconopsis by the way. Very tricky to grow in the same spot year after year. I grow them myself. Corn Poppy is it's vulgar name though it has no relation to the Poppy at all. No opium in them at all OP.
