I had this crazy idea
But I started working on it
I thought about creating my own seed box
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IS A PARTNER TO HELP WITH
1 the server part setup knowledge is a big plus maybe even necessary but definitely not a noob
2 promoting sales
My idea basically is get a small server have a couple of users like this it gets paid  and and everyone enjoys a server for real cheap
As I said I just started working on this idea so maybe I missed some points

setting up a seedbox for a few friends is ok, but it will be very hard to compete with so many big providers, also many legal issues comes along with it

is there anywhere i can find what kind of legal issues might come along

try google, for sure you need to disallow public trackers. Are you going to start a company or just a website ;)

i want to open a site and get the server paid by having some members and it will be a small community about 10 ppl so everyone has allot of space etc

can you give a more specific link more direct

for example try BTmanager: http://www.bvlist.com/forumdisplay.php?f=23 (http://www.bvlist.com/forumdisplay.php?f=23), the admin of that forum is owner of that script. You could register on that forum and ask for help with your project.

I'm a unix sysadmin with enough experience setting up servers.
I also have more than enough experience setting up/tweaking scripts and optimalisation.

However, i will not get burnt by being a partner in a seedbox company. I don't want to get into any legal problems. This is why i can only offer my service on a per/hour or fixed fee basis (not as a partnership).
