Aside from the black background used on the edges of the template, the center is too much light of rather of the same color, white and light grayish is a bit of same thing, maybe a darker gray would make it improve. Lastly, are websites being reviewed before appearing on the landing page? I'm asking this since a scammer could easily promote his website this way and a moderation is a must.
