On the 3rd of January I'm missing trades from the 20th December at least. So after 10-13 days they delete your history and you just can download a messy Excel.... Come on, if you actually store those data in an Excel, then store them too in the web format.

One of them is to avoid lagging and have a smooth trading experience. You can compare it with other exchange like poloneix which takes time to load the whole site.
