I would suggest that you ask for BTC and then convert such BTC into PayPal via the currency exchange section as there may not be many reputable people who are interested in buying these items who have PayPal funds. PayPal chargebacks are not a guarantee so you may or may not win a dispute in the event you don't receive anything from the OP. Even if you do win a PayPal dispute, it would still allow a scammer the opportunity to attempt to launder stolen PayPal funds (this is assuming that the OP is selling non-existent hardware, which may or may not be the case).
