Now, I am an Indian resident and all the transactions will be done through e-wallets such as perfect money, bitcoin, payeer the base currency will be dollar and would never be converted to INR. I want to know what are the Indian laws for such website? is it legal to have such a website?

As you are a single trader or company, you would likely be required to report or at least keep a record of every transaction along with the value. You may also have to conform with anti money laundering laws and trading in dollars give you an even bigger headache of being under the US thumb.
