Scammers always find a way to charge-back saying unauthorized Payment made , Goods Not received , Or some Penny scammers simply Charge-Back. For the services i am mentioning under can some one list if they are Charge-Back proof of not. Webmoney isn't as far as I know Skrill is Paypal is Bank transfer is Perfectmoney is an irreversible payment system in case this is what you are looking for. Thats all my knowledge at the question. |
