Irrelevant. Rpcport is any port you set in the conf file. It can be 1234 or any other 4 digit number. Just make sure you connect with the miner to the port that you added in the conf file.

That's partially true. Billcoin is a meme coin and that is what makes it a coin that needs to be held. Not a huge amount but it is a good idea to get some.
Meme coins are not the ones that are excelling in shiny roadmaps or innovating features, but despite that they are usually picked up by the large audience at some point just for the fact that it is the coin of a trendy meme and bill is definitely the trendiest meme of 2016

I only find it less concerning since it's not an exchange than say if it was Cryptopia.co.nz or CEX.io.  Suprnova.cc has less of a reason to pull off this attack plus stake coins you also need a large portion of the total coin supply to pull off a 51% attack to my  understanding.

your analisys is true for a proof of work only coin such as bitcoin.  A coin that is both POW/POS you need both in order to pull off a 51% attack because the staking coins are also securing the network as well.

I can't see my advantage why I should even try a 51% attack...
