Just cause im a noob and all, I was wondering if theres any respectable and reliable people on these forums who sell bitcoins for a little premium. I not exactly sure how everything works, but I need to aqquire 13.5 bit coins and Id pay a little bit more for them if I could get my hands on them nice and quick.

If you have access to a BMO Harris bank branch, and are willing to deposit cash into a bank account, I'd probably do the exchange as well. You will need to set up an Mt.Gox account, but you could then fund it and have your bitcoin right away.
