change your password and scan your PC for any malwares. I just asked their support and it seems you can create a referral with your username so if you ever shared it then that might be why someone knows it. though there are other ways to get your username even if they're not public.

Do you have any balance in your changer.com account? If yes then immediately transfer you money to your bitcoin wallet if they are btc and if they are other currency then transfer them in a safe money storing system like paypal or skrill..

Change the password on Changer.com
And then just in case empty your balance to your wallet for safety reasons
Those IP can be masked by using VPN so we can't be sure if it really comes from Russia :(
Did you visited a shady website few days ago?
Maybe you are a victim of pishing attempt or worse, keyloggers

Same thing happened to me but in another sites. Just make sure to have one password for each site account, don't use the same password for more than one site. Sometimes we create a account on "hostile" sites, and they just want to know our password to hack us.

I think if you change it, everything will be ok again.

You are right. No one suppose to add and hold their money in exchanger's sites. Chance of getting hacked of these sites is very high and hacking of these sites is not so hard because they don't have good security.

its actually the first time I've heard of changer.com  ;D people really use this site?
if so then maybe you need to move your coins elsewhere  to make sure they can't get any cents from you. I find it stupid that they tried to login using your account when they sure know getting caught is very likely to happen.
