So I was thinking of making a faucet paying 1-10satoshi without any time limit. Is it worth it?

No!

That amount is way too low to keep people claiming all the time. Minimum of 50 satoshi is more interesting to try is few times.

Thanks, an estimate of someone claiming for a week will be around 0.03BTC if 50sat os made per claim

i don't think, who can lose time for add 1 captcha every time for have 1 to 10 satoshi ?  when have more faucet pay 1000-1500 satoshi every xx minutes but with only 1 captcha to add

That are long claiming rounds if you will reach that amount each week. Make it atleast 20 satoshi or something and maybe good idea to higher the max payment for each ip that click some banners.

Faucet without time between claims doesn't work if you give low rewards... To make it worth need to give minimum 80 satoshi, but 100 satoshi if you really want to see people using it. I don't know if it's profitable for you, but nobody wants to claim less than 70-80 satoshi per captcha.

I still think daily faucets with high rewards is the best option. (1440 minutes faucet with minimum 500 reward).

a normal captcha job can earned more than 60 satoshis even if it is the lowest rate time. also you dont need to click or refresh the page fastly you see the captcha and solve.
