Try localbitcoins instead, also virwox. Also if you have a US bank then you can also buy directly in coinbase.

Yes, it's high, but it's reliable. I don't see why the need to have a verified Paypal would be an "issue". Their limit increases the more you make good transactions with them. And they only hold your Bitcoin for 48 hours the first time, afterwards it's fast as any other Bitcoin transaction. |
