Please why my balance is pending ?

There is no Year or Week Or Hour left !

I don't think that the picture provided from OP is real, just checked the address 1CFFVq3RrbErM7y8XMdjsDwwXQWrMcfjZe and it has no transactions (neither -4000BTC, -1000BTC as seen on the picture)

But i'am talking about the 49 btc in my balance..

Post a screenshot of your transactions tab. I think there will probably be something about transactions being conflicted. If not, can you also post the transaction ids of the transactions that you supposedly have received?

What is the address or any transaction involving it?

In the transaction tab it says that they are "unconfirmed"
what to do to confirm them ?

Can you provide the transaction ID of those which say unconfirmed? It'll be then easier to tell why they're unconfirmed. Or just post the address of where you received those coins.

More Info : This is an old wallet that i neglected in 2014.. i re-opened it on my new laptot recently and i got this problem !
And please ! it's not a fake pic ! for the who doubt it , if u want come on Team Viewer and verify

The picture appears real, I think there is a technical issue somewhere, making the transaction not reflect.

Can't help without it, just re-sync the wallet and/or check all the address balances on a block explorer, if you find something, import its key to another wallet.

You need to re-sync the wallet. There are some misleading transactions while syncing which are all false transactions. Unless you sync again fully, you can't see the right transactions and the balances.

First close Bitcoin Core entirely.
click "Win + R" buttons.
Type "cmd" then hit Enter.

Type: "cd .." hit Enter.
Type: "cd .." hit Enter. (You should see that C:\> on the console)
Then
Type: "cd Pr" and hit Tab, it'll type "Program Files". hit Enter.
Type: "cd Bi" and hit Tab, it'll type "Bitcoin". hit Enter.
Now type: "bi" and git Tab, it'll type "bitcoin-qt.exe"
Now add this: -zapwallettxes after the bitcoin-qt.exe.
it'll look like this: "bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes" hit Enter.
Wait for rescan. You're good to go. All unconfirmed & wrong txes will be deleted. If you have that balance, it'll be added to your wallet.

I wouldnt do that, you might lose information if you remove the TX from the wallet.
