Perhaps this incident is actually a sign that they are starting to fail and they fact that they are focusing on soft targets such as Belgium.

Murdering a guard would just draw attention and increase security.

The guy was working for the "Institut national des radioéléments" - medical application of radioactive material. There was no stolen badge which would give access to a NPP. And it also seems that there is no link to terrorism for now. |
