Can anyone tell out of Electrum Or Bread Wallet which is better and more secure ?

What device are you putting it on?  Electrum is good for PC Bread Wallet is good for IOS devices.  There may be versions of each for other platforms but that's the ones I know of.  They are both secure but only as secure as you are with them.  Keep your private keys safe. 

Personally I'd say put Electrum on a USB and then keep it offline, best way to make sure it can (almost) never be stolen. Depending on how much you actually have and plan to use or hold, it might be better to just back off and keep it safe.

Breadwallet seems more secure for IOS partially because of IOS's good security. For desktop, Electrum with linux would be great. Neither have security flaws but it would depend on how you manage your wallet. For the maximum security, I would encourage you to buy a raspberry pi, install raspbian and use it in conjunction with an online electrum[1]. Breadwallet, IIRC, does not allow users to sign a message with their address in the client.

You can't really compare both, as Electrum doesn't exist for iOS and breadwallet does not exist for PC. They both serve different purposes. Electrum can cover what breadwallet does, but breadwallet cannot cover what Electrum does.

As far as security goes, both are equally secure, just like any other well known Bitcoin client. There are no known vulnerabilities in the ones featured on the forums/bitcoin.org. Security is as good as the user wants it to be. You can have a wallet that allows you to deploy extreme security measures and you might not be knowledgeable enough to deploy them, as an example... :)

If you use a desktop client, make sure you understand how to harden agaisnt malware. Desktop OSes don't have app sandboxing, enforced code signatures, or hardware encrypted key storage like iOS devices or dedicated hardware wallets.

So it means Ios wallets are better ?

iOS devices are secure-by-default, so they are better for people who do not have strong computer security knowledge. This is why we chose iOS as the first platform for breadwallet.

I have both, and they're for different usage.  

For day to day operations I use Breadwallet.  It's just easier when it's on your phone and everywhere you go.  So far, I've moved a half million USD in Bitcoin through my Breadwallet.  It's also compatible with Multibit HD, so if I were to lose my phone I just open the wallet on my Macbook Air.  

Cold storage or long term storage, I'll use Electrum.  

I have never used the Bread one, but electrum is the stupidest wallet ever! You can use it easily but suddenly there is a problem out of nowhere and you don't know why and you don't know how  to fix it and you don't know how to send your BTC to another wallet, so your  BTC could be safe...

I`m basically using breadwallet for a cold wallet.

But you can make it officially your cold wallet by knowing the keyphrase itself and delete the current and set new keyphrase to act like a hotwallet.

I dont mess with anything else, since the cold hardware wallet uses the same level of bi38 or 39 I forget for the security setup as trezors.

How is electrum the stupidest wallet ever ? I think you must be high on drugs or something, Electrum from all the alternative clients here is one of the best (personally for me without any doubt the best) . Of course it depends on the user and what kind of operating system they install it. I am sure you have yours installed in Windows as for me I have 2 years with it installed on Linux without any problem. And my PC broke up a few days ago, so I restored it to my laptop ,everything went as smooth as it could. Wake up, Electrum is the best.

yeah that is true. Electrum is the best light weight wallet out der and one of the easiest to use. i dont understand why he is getting a problem,just specify what the exact problem you are getting so that i can be solved,because i never had any issues with it till now and you wont find any issues .
