Does one have to have RUB first or can this be done in USD or EUR or CHF? I opened an account but the explaination on the page was not clear to me. It seems it only works from Russian Bank Accounts. (But, webmoney prohibits exchange to anonymous currencies and the ability to use webmoney there will be a short-lived)

1) The site does not display anything beyond Oct 18 on the charts 2) The volume has gone down dramatically Who has an idea what's going on?
