If you need a lot of traffic, it might be wise to start a full-blown signature campaign:

- Hire a trusted sig campaign manager and/or enlist an escrow agent to hold your campaign funds
- create a sig campaign thread

you'll have enough people promoting your site in a matter of days ;)

if you want your business to grow change your domain name to a .com domain, .xyz looks cheap and unprofessional.
for the signature space you should provide more information:
- how many people are you hiring
- how many posts per week you want
- which boards you don't count for post
- place some funds ($5 * number of users * number of weeks) in a trusted Escrow (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0)

You should check out the signature campaigns currently running and use them as a template and start your own proper campaign, listing how many users you need, how many posts per week and so on as others have mentioned.
