I would hopefully like to purchase a small amount of BTC (about 0.04 BTC) to see what all the talk is about and "get my feet wet". I would like to do it via PayPal since there aren't any Chase banks for cash deposit in my area. I am willing to verify that I am trustworthy with my eBay account and other online acct.'s
