I have got some Europe countries paypal accounts which limited more then 180 days and now allowed to cash out funds via card or bank account

so let me know if your bank will work for all EUR countries? or which ones?

The bank account will work for all associated paypal account in european,africa..ecc
except USA paypal account because it has not been tested with United States PP account.

what about asian accounts.. may we use the bank account for asian paypals. and can we use the bank account officially, to store our fund in the bank.
payoneer also provide bank account. is this same type of bank account or real bank account?

....what about asian accounts.. may we use the bank account for asian paypals......  personally, i have not tried this with asian paypal account but, it will work in most countries that support eu IBAN system.

this is a real bank account different from payoneer.
Yes, they are real bank, you can keep your money on such account without any problem infact, they also give small interest to client's who keep their fund with them. But, you should be ready to go through the verification process to gain these privedges.

**NOTE : if, you decide to bank with them, a prepaid/debit mastercard will be ship to you for easy access to fund from any part of the world.

in that scenario what are the option?

any vouch copies?

German are not polish bank that get your account block without notification either via phone call or mail letter to associated home address.

They respect and follow the normal procedure when they suspect any illegal activities.In such scenario the rightful person or delegate will be ask to visit any of their branch office for re-activation of suspended account.

No vouch copies due to the fact that the bank occasionally permit direct-debit when link to paypal & other online payment processor.
Mean customer's who receive such vouch copies can attempt to initiate direct debit without initial deposit of fund into account. This might end-up abusing the system. ;D

and ready cash out my BE country account with around 170 EUR

but all I was ask you that I want my some protection that I will not got scammed so ask you send some % of pp amount to escrow as security deposit like 40% thats it

and nothing wrong here

and I never belong to above members either Marius1985 or alexfreelance etc

I ready proof that I was created paypal account myself and recently I also contacted to paypal support for 225 USD funds and paypal said that its not possible to refund

so only have 170 EUR balance ready for cash out now via Eu bank account

listen if you still NOT want some some % as security deposit to escrow then ok I can trust you but I will not allow to cash out all 170 EUR once but first you can cash out low amount like 25 or 30 EUR and once I got paid back funds in btc or perfect money then you can request more funds via same bank acc which already added in my paypal account
