You send first or I can escrow the BTC, you pay the fee. I'm not interested in PayPal and I won't be dealing with anyone who hasn't done trades before and/or is trusted on bitcointalk.

btw, what is the exchange rate of CAD to USD right now? Not on my pc at the moment to check the exchange sites.

$856.30 / 20 = 0.023356 / 0.02 = 1.1678 aka: 16.78% markup. That's way too high of a fee for me, sorry.
