The new scammer from Capex is Oleg Borodkin (Oлeг Бopoдкин), the CEO of Earn2life and Bots. In Second Life, he uses the avatar Glaznah Gassner.

His mentioned companies listed on Capex were recently delisted because of his scam. He scammed hundred of shareholders. The full list and details can be found here:

He started with an IPO on the company Earn2life on 16 May 2011. 5,000,000 shares were created and he sold 1,500,000 shares at 2.5 lindens each, keeping 3,500,000 for himself (see https://www.onlinecapex.com/forums/author/11066?page=46; www.earn2life.com/press/Earn2Life_IPO_prospectus.pdf). He pocketed 3,750,000 lindens. That is about 14,940 USDs at 251 lindens per USD.

But the company ended with 6,200,000 shares (see https://www.onlinecapex.com/symbol/earn), so there was a SPO for more 1,200,000 shares.

The SPO occurred on May 2012 and the 1,200,000 shares were sold for 2.85 lindens each, for a total of 3,420,000L (see https://www.onlinecapex.com/forums/author/12864?show=500 and search for SPO).

Therefore, he earned 3,750,000 (IPO) plus 3,420,000 L (SPO) for a total of 7,170,000, or 28,565 USD from shareholders.

Borodkin stopped paying dividends from Earn2life on August 2014, more than 1.5 years ago.

He also did an IPO on Smartbots, earning 1,000,000 lindens on the sale of 1 million shares for 1 linden each. He made 3984 USDs.

But then he sold on the market more 410,000 shares (https://www.onlinecapex.com/symbol/BOTS). It's impossible to know at what price he sold those shares, but obviously, it was at median price way higher than 1 lindens. But let's accept 1 linden.

He earned with Smartbots from shareholders: 1,410,000 L, so 5,617 USD.

Since 2011 until august of 2014, he paid dividends on Earn2life and Smartbots (about 3/4 went directly to his pockets again), but those dividends were a shareholders' right and in nothing reduced his responsibilities to shareholders.

Consequently, even without taking in account how much he stole in non paid dividends, he pocketed a total of 34,182 USD from shareholders. We are not talking about small quantities. He is a major scammer.

And he ran away without a word of justification.

We have nothing to do with Earn2Life on onlinecapex.com game that was delisted by Skip Oceanlane... It is up to person who runs Earn2Life to set up some restitution for the game shareholders... Through email that was provided to players. We have no info if they're communicating with their shareholders and working / worked up any restitution... its none of our business...

Skip Oceanlane has been delisting many inactive CEO's who seem to have simply grab the opportunity and disappeared and were no longer active in the game and haven't attempted to communicate with the game shareholders  (the information about his theft in real life has spread on internet and that has created a complete loss of trust in the stock exchange game platform and has lead to Stock Exchange Market Crash).

But Skip Oceanlane has also recently delisted (banned) a game company listed on his exchange with an active management team that had a plan for restoring shareholders investment after the game stock market crash and efforts were made to restore their shareholders. Why? Because they have created an alternative forum for the game after Skip Oceanlane refused to restore the original forums within the Capital Exchange Game. Alternative forum was created with a goal to restore the community and to get the shareholders join so that they could set up shareholders voting...  to decide on future steps together with players.But it seems Skip Oceanlane didn't see that as acceptable and has created lies, framed a scam and made general excuses about rule violations to try to justify the delistment of active game company ...
