Title: Looking for investors or partners for my well known faucet site
Post by: smashbtc on March 30, 2016, 03:54:05 PM
Hi,

I'm looking for investor or partners who can invest in our website(smashbtc.com). The website is getting about 10k - 15k visitors a day. Since last January our alexa rank is roughly at 200k but it is increasing day by day. That is why right now it is at rank 25k worldwide. This is quite a pretty cool achievement.

Any investor can invest minimum of 0.02btc - maximum 0.10 btc. We need at least 0.50 btc as a revolving funds. When we reach this amount, we will stop accepting new investor and rely only to the existing investor who came first.

We will pay our investors 10% of their investment. 30 days maturity.

The website earns about $60-$70 a day from  its ad networks and paying its member at roughly $20 - $30 a day. So basically our net income is averaging from $30 - $50 a day. As more and more members to come, earnings will become higher as well.

If you are interested, make sure you have the amount to invest and comment below or pm me.

Here's our official thread for the website. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1355218.0

Thank you.

You are right I'm so desperate because I have to upgrade server to dedicated one as my hosting provider email me that my vps is using a lot of cpu and I needed to take action so my vps will not be suspended. Because I have a lot of members on the site, they suggested to take dedicated server which cost $80 a month for the intel atom 16gb ram 8core processor.

What are your VPS specs? I'll bet that you can just upgrade to a better VPS with a better provider, unless you already have some monster VPS being rented out to you. Or, better yet, go out and buy a dedicated server either from a store, or get some company to do colocation for it. Presto, all you need to worry about now is the electricity cost and keeping it running (although colocation will get rid of the second one for you).

Thank you again for your responses in my other thread, and a few questions:

Are there plans for this asset to be listed on an exchange, or via a color protocol, to facilitate liquidity?
Are there conditions of reimbursement in the event of operator negligence that results in devaluation of the underlying asset?
In the event of issuer recall of shares, what would the share buyback process look like?
Can this relationship (contract) be defined in more exacting terms? Or is this more akin to a fixed rate loan that pays .3 percent interest per day? (10% per 30 days).

The term is just so simple. Send your investment to us and after 30 days you will get your btc in full with the 10% interest. Once the investment started, there will be no recall of investment, the investor need to wait 30 days. In the event of liquidation, the website will be sold to the investor who has the highest investment. But we strongly believe we can survive for long years.

Would you consider selling the site straight up right now?
