Bitcoin is not perfect (nothing is if you ask me) , so I would like to ask users what are the things that you hate ? or simply don't like in Bitcoin and would like to see them changing (If possible of course) ?

I myself don't like the fact that we can't get at least an estimated number of the how much Bitcoin user there is out there or know how Bitcoin is growing .

Transactions shouldn't be taken seriously because there is a lot of services that use bots to make those transactions (sig campaigns , gambling websites , faucets , and exchange services).

Number of wallets in online services such Blockchain.info shouldn't be taken seriously as-well since making several accounts is possible.

there is nothing in bitcoin that i dislike. the only thing i might want to see change is probably the confirmation times. but i don't think these will ever be changed. so i don't really have problems with it.

I don't like that Bitcoin is being used for scamming purposes. Also I don't like the volatile nature of Bitcoin but this is to be expected because the speculators are all over it like bees to a honeypot ;D I think these 2 are the primary issues for me. At least if the number of scammers goes down it would be great.

I do not like the fact that the transaction can not be canceled. Either I sent or received.
What if I suddenly made a mistake in the numbers and sent the wrong adress for example? This i hate.

Yeah I agree with you. The fact that Bitcoin is being used for scamming purposes is clearly a negative for Bitcoin.
This is affecting people that wanted or are using Bitcoin.

I really like bitcoin. but I hate the bitcoin is a lot of the purchase of illegal goods. such as weaponry and goods without copyright. bitcoin too easy because it is not traceable ownership.

The only thing that I hate about BTCitcoin in terms of direct involvement, is the difficulty of mining a block that has been increasing massively and has been out of home users hand recently to mine and only those that have mining farms with large money at their disposal are able to mine and profit in the end. In regards to indirect involvement, I do hate that criminals get to use it just as we do.

I hate the size of the blockchain.

I hate only for one reason ant that is the confirmation time, apart from that I love everything about bitcoin as it is the best currency and best technology.

Addresses are something unique so I don't see how are you going to make any mistake since you are going to copy and paste and not type it, this kind of mistakes only happens while using services such as (Paypal , Payza etc ...) where typing the email is necessary .
Not being able to cancel transaction is probably one of the things that make users use Bitcoin in the first place because they don't have to worry for 180 days (or whatever the number of days is in Paypal) if the other party is going to open a dispute or not .

I hope that the transactions get confirmed in faster amount of time
and i hope that the price get increasing soon too

That's good I am also same thinking to you bitcoin is very good way to earn money and for sell and buy something must thing we can send money any where then also why people will hate it I don't know but I love bitcoin very much. 

The only thing I dislike Bitcoin for, is the whole block size debate thing. I think it's the main reason that some people are moving away from bitcoin.

I hate the dishonesty it attracts, the dumbasses who fall for it and i hate the current divisive shit going on.

I am not able to use it anywhere in my area at a moment and that is the worst thing about bitcoin as my spendings are limited to a certain extent.

The thing that I hate most about bitcoin is Blocktime is way too high.
Sometimes Transactions take 2-3 hours even if they are high priority.

I hate the fact that it was created in January 2009 and not January 2013.
also there's the sheer size of the blockchain. but that's a minor problem.

Yeah,when there is a bottle neck in transaction and you have been waiting for a long time before your transaction is confirmed.

I hate it slowness... cant believe that this SYSTEM will hold much longer. we need instant transfer.

Until this point I hate nothing about it and to those who complain about it s lowliness go make a bank transfer and it takes ages, go pay with paypal or with any other payment processor, your personal details are all over those payment processors, so how can someone hate bitcoin when you can send money and no one knows you (maybe they know your ip but this can be bypassed by tor) and you also don't know the other person to whom you are sending money. This is more than enough reason to love bitcoin and thats what I do. Of course you have to know with whom you are dealing with , but only in term of reputation and to make sure he is no scammer otherwise bitcoins are gone as this payment method is irreversible but still I don't hate bitcoin for that.

the main things i hate about bitcoin is the prices very unstable because i did trade bitcoins and loss several times also confirmation transactions sometimes it took 1-2 hours or even could be more longer

I hate bitcoin for only one thing the transaction is very slow or now i just withdraw some bitcoin in trading site for about 2 hours and the confirmation is still 2 confirmation.. this is the only thing that i hate in bitcoin slow transaction..

I guess that makes me annoyed of bitcoin is just a matter of the usual price down, I hate things like that and sometimes does not correspond to my expectations. but it was all fine if the price goes up  ;D

i may be not liking a couple of small things but nothing major. for example i wish the blocks were found more often than 10 minutes but i know there is a reason why it is like this.

Since i know about bitcoin, i never hate about bitcoin until now. But maybe someday i will found my hate about bitcoin. For now i'm totally fine with bitcoin.

verified with ID requirements. I think what I hate most lately, is the Block size fighting between the different groups. I wish this will just end soon and people will put their personal interest aside and

I don't hate anything about bitcoin as of now. It is all good and running smoothly for me. Only the network fees is a concern. But since I transact very less, it is not bothering me.  ;D

I see people are worried about block size and getting in debate, but since I don't mine bitcoin, it's ok for me.

For me the only thing that i hate about bitcoin is just lack of adoption of the bitcoin by the owner store in my city, yeah it's really hard to spend your bitcoin directly, but for paying things online so far i'm not complaining bitcoin it's the simplest payment processor

true, for bitcoin payment online is the best. but I also hate that bitcoin is very difficult to use significantly in my country, even many people who know about these things. but from all that I just hated part of bitcoin, that bitcoin is always used illegally

Everything has its pros and cons. I love bitcoin , the way it works and I also love to spread the word bitcoin to users who I know.
But the main thing that is con is that it is anonymous as said up above by btc-facebook and is more likely encouraging some guys who indulges in money-laundering and illegal things. Well I think the main question is here:- "Is bitcoin being anonymous is  good or bad part?" What do you think?

Every coin has two sides it depends on individual how he treat and view it, I think its good to be anonymous as no one is aware who is transacting with whom.

For me, storage is the major issue. Unless we are very computer educated, it is very difficult to store the coins safely.There are a lot of thieves and hackers who target the new users. It is not widely used in my country, so its very difficult to exchange them for fiat.

One thing i dislike about bitcoin is that its not as widespread as fiat. In order to use it, one should have electricity and access to internet and so not all people can use it. But that's how cryptocurrencies work.

the only thing that i hate from bitcoin is delaying transaction,its might take more than 2 days,i'm ever make a transaction that delay so long,i wish i will never felt that again.

As all the thing has some pros and cons so same applies to btc but it doesnt mean that it is not a best thing/ we should reject it. what i hate about btc is that price now a days it is moving up very slow.. ... As you told btc is maximum time used as illegally ...Rather than that there is no such thing to hate about btc.

You cant use it on most e-commerce sites like ebay and amazon. It sometimes takes a long time to confirm but I think thats to do with how many miners there are mining bitcoins The last downside is transaction fees for big payments this can be changed because the fees might be low but it reminds of paypal fees.

Yeah it rally take a long tome to get confirmed and that is the  worst thing about bitcoin and there are no physical shops at a moment that accepts bitcoin.

I also hate that one. that makes me read the address a lot to make sure I don't write the wrong one. I even memorize the address after sending bitcoin. LOL.

I think the block size will solve the problem in the delay of transaction that is being sent,when they fix this then everything will be faster again.

right now i am hating the fact that this block size debate is taking too long to get solved. meanwhile all the blocks that are being mined are all full (~1MB). and i believe that is one of the biggest reasons that isn't letting bitcoin grow and is keeping the price down.

some times bitcoin transaction take too much time, I just don't like this, over all bitcoin is my Ideal currency, bitcoin developers must do something to fix transaction issue and make it instant.

Sometimes the confirmation of the transaction take more than 2 hours, it causes so many transactions that happens in one time, perhaps. I also don't know how to solve that even add some fees.

There is no solving to that problem only the developers can solve that problem,the congestion in confirming transaction is getting bigger and bigger.

Seems like the users have reached consensus: transactions should be faster! Miners, listen to your users, make transactions faster.

Actually i like bitcoin as well but on few aspects i feel there is a little dislike to bitcoin. I mean when i make a bitcoin transaction it take long time enough. But still can be controlled. And many ways to earn bitcoin but all of these not easy that I first thinking about it.

Bitcoin halving is a must , Satoshi made it for a reason ... so Bitcoin don't lose it value over the years .
Speaking about scammers now , I'm pretty sure if we compare scammers of Bitcoin users against non-bitcoin users (scam that happens online) we will find that people who don't use Bitcoin are getting scammed/scamming more .
People like to take risks , and it's their own fault if they do not use escrow in the first place so In my opinion they can't blame anyone but themselves .

We see many sites at a moment which promises us to give good returns and we cannot track the person to whom we are sending and majority of time we are being cheated.

I hate its anymosity and no dispute.  If we i nvest in hyip and get scam we cant do nothing with it. All we gonna do is cry and wait for a miracle to come.  I hope dev or wallet providers must update and have a dispute option so if we can get scam will we can get back our hard money its very hard to earn money and it will easily caught because we are got for their bait for big profite when we invest in hyip sites

I also hate when bitcoin prices continue to fall, in addition to the confirmation of transactions that may be somewhat longer make me lose control.

I hate the transaction confirm time difficulty is too high with no new asiscs coming out. Sooner or later if we don't get better asics it going to take a long time for block confirmation.

The only solution to that is to get 2mb so the transaction will be more faster but i dont know if this will be implemented by the devs.

i never hate bitcoin,nothing i hate from bitcoin,i just hate some people who use bitcoin for wrong decision,some people use bitcoin just for investement,its not too good,and i hate people use bitcoin for illegal activity,its the most i hate.

bitcoin all features are very interested. and peoples are loving it. daily more people getting inspired by bitcoin and bitcoin features. but bitcoin still have some bad things. like too big block size, and taking so much time while transaction. if bitcoin developers fix these issues, bitcoin will become a ideal currency and source.

what i hate about bitcoin is the state we are stuck at these days. the bitcoin developing team and the community is broken into groups instead of staying united and everybody is shit talking about the other group and sometimes it seems like nothing is moving forward.

Mostly hate the aspect that people claimed transactions where instant which was not the full truth and its spread around to new users like gospel.

Those are non constructive answers but do relate to the post.As far as my views are concerned,I prefer,the network congestion should be taken care of.Maybe a fixed miner fee should be added in every transaction to keep the tx in the network .

You cannot hate bitcoin only for that reason that it takes long time for confirmation as bitcoin offers us so many benefits that no other currency can offer.

Its not a big issue. Often this occurs with some transactions. This transaction delay is a long term issue. When years and technology grows high than the present.

In order for the transaction to be faster,miners need a faster machine to solve a block or maybe the 2mb will solve the bottle neck in the system.

Yeah, truly bitcoin transaction needs high caution while transferring bitcoin. Even a change in a letter lead to a wrong transfer of hardly earned bitcoin.

Something that i hate about bitcoin are about bitcoin transaction, sometimes they do not get confirmed, sometimes these transaction doesn't even show on the blockchain.info so these situations are very stressful and if you need something to finish fast this will suck.

I would not like the bitcoin development controlled by a few companies and there is conflict of interests.

imagine if the transaction can be canceled, it's pretty risk for seller, when buyer send the bitcoin he can cancelled it anytime, that's why bitcoin created as irreversible, quite safe for transaction, about the sent to the wrong address so far i never seen that case before

Sometimes there is problem with network in developing countries. In such case even if you are paying extra amount (high priority transaction) then also it will take long.  I had experienced it that's why I am saying this!  :)

i hate with bitcoin when i send the amount to deposit in gambling site and wait after 1 hour still not get confirmation and for anything else isn't.

Yes we are getting the number of miners increased day by day and hence this problem might solve in future. Though this is the only bad thing I feel about bitcoins and I would like to see improved, else nothing really.

thats true though a lot of gambling websites have a possibility to actually play without any blockchain confirmations so that solves problem

though then when you have to wait for the possibility to withdraw its really easy to gamble away all your money

Maybe it's not about bitcoin but i hate when a new block isn't mined for more than an hour and the transactions get stucked unconfirmed for an hour or more, the rest are things i like about bitcoin.

This argument is interesting. Most people are complaining about volatility of bitcoin as a prime factor which inhibit its wide acceptance among merchants.
But I see that people are still focusing as speculative aspect of the coin and don't really care about bitcoin popularity spread.

yes i'm also not hate bitcoin just because its sometime have delay transaction so long. i admit that was mistake and not often to happen,but  can't imagine if bitcoin transaction more and more slow than now,maybe i should hate it.

I too don't have anything to hate in bitcoin. It gives an opportunity to learn and earn. If it has any small shortages that will be recovered in the coming years.

I accept bitcoin or any currency if I sell something. Practicality just does not work that way, so I end up getting paid in the same currency as everyone in my country.

this problem has solved with bitcoin debit card, it can be used worldwide,and easy to make,just buy a plastic card,load it with bunch of dollars,and use it anywhere,even it'll took a higher fee than paying with bitcoin directly,it's quite helping

agree, but again, is the final user who need to adapt himself, i'm not saying this is bad at all, but if vendors start to use bitcoin+coinbase (for example if they dont want to be paid with btc) this will be much more easier for everybody.

I really can't understand why people are hating on Bitcoin just because of that (the bolded part). These people are no real Bitcoin supporters. They are just interested in the price shooting up with 50% every week to give them good returns. Building up global adoption takes many many years. Nothing comes directly in life. Weird that some people don't seem to understand it.

I am very happy to use the BTC, because of all the advantages provided are very good and reliable makes me happy to use up to now, and the thing I hate of the Bitcoin Network Error time (delay), because it's very interfere with my work.

I hate bitcoin when I experienced a pending transaction. Sometimes I like scared when it happened. I was afraid I lost my bitcoin funds. it made me pay more attention to transaction fee, I enter a transaction fee that is greater than ever.

Confirmation is not a big problem with the bitcoin and its transaction. Bitcoin confirmation is just a very minor issue which gets solved when the technology grows even better than the present.

I agree that in some cases faster confirmation times come very handy, but confirmation times are not a problem at all, and that's why it most likely will never be "solved" to please others.

well first of all im pretty sure you shouldnt send any bitcoinsto those hyips that sooner or later turn to ponzi scams and take all people money without any profit in the future

i hate the fact that the confirmations are really long and it takes on average about 10 minutes so i can not play my bitcoins at the moment of the deposit as the casinos are afraid of double spending

Yeah and many ponzi sites that are promising us to double our coins in a quick time but majority of us them are scammers who wants to run away with our hard earned coins.

I think in this case bitcoi  need our help not our hate, we have to work hard to introduce bitcoin to everyone and we have to shop only from those areas where people accept bitcoin, the remaining will start bitcoin for their benefit.

But this matter is not for to hate bitcoin, for that we have to think that bitcoin acceptor are less in number beside this that bitcoin is more benefitting currency than all other currencies.

No the criminals do not use bitcoin as the criminal are uneducated and they do not know more than their local currency, these are only the agencies and spy of countries who use it for their payment as per the recent study.

It's not anonymous (fully traceable).
It's slow as f*ck.
It doesn't scale.
Mining has become centralized.
Development is very slow (if any is left..)
Banks, governments and regulatory bodies are cracking down on it.

The community around it lost all vision to build a better future and something actually functional and beneficial to society. Everyone is just in it to make more fiat.

Yes, I also do not like the way that there are much less companies and services which accept bitcoin as payment for their products, we will be lucky when all over the world it is accepted.

There is not really the thing that I hate about Bitcoin or dislike except for the waiting. The fact that we have to wait long amounts of time for the price to change is annoying me sometimes.

Yes that is one of my hate of bitcoin theirs lack of adaption in payment option to any other online stores and online shops owners dont look for bitcoin for now they dont know its very promising and they can make their transaction and fast for using bitcoin. And the other way i hate bitcoin is the anonimosity of it if we get victim by scammers we cannot do nothing with it and let our money bye bye.

I hate that I only got interested in bitcoin recently. If I'd been able to buy some bitcoins when it was still dirt cheap, I'd look like a smart guy right now. I was more into stocks and mutual funds before, but now that bitcoin seems to be gaining more popularity, it's high time for me to buy more before I get left behind once again.

I love bitcoins volatility, but I hate it to. At one time you can have a currency that is worth quite abit, but at another you can have one that has decreased in price.

I hate it is not faster on transactions (lost some trading opportunities because of it not being faster) and also that mining is so hard for regular people. Would love it being a fairly distributed POS coin or something, in which everyone could get a % based on the bitcoins owned.

Its really annoying that these confirms are taking too long and that is the only thing that I'm also hating.

That it is really hard to know sometimes what you have to do and that is the problem because you dont even know what will happen and that is the problem of the Bitcoin.
So you need to take some risks if you are doing something and that can be bad.

1. The blockchain is cool for large transactions but it is a clunky, slow, and likely unscaleable solution for the type of micro transactions that would actually make Bitcoin popular. Off blockchain transaction providers are the solution but, to date, they are few and far between.

2. Too easy to steal coins. Hardware wallets are a move in the right direction but they are not widely adopted so, at present, we have rampant hacking and theft of coins which has been a disaster for widespread adoption.

3. Too easy to lose coins. Again, prudent users should make backups but many don't and end up losing all their coins when a hard drive or other storage medium fails. Not sure what the solution is but one option would be for all the popular wallets to prompt users more often to make backups or offer automatic cloud backup of encrypted wallets.

4. Too hard to convert to the more practical and useful fiat. Really need Bitcoin debit cards, backed by a major bank, that are fully interoperable with current ATM system and which guarantee any deposits. Would be nice for example to deposit 100 BTC with Citi and then have instant access to them at any ATM machine in the US with automatic currency conversion. Some small players are working this but the solutions have been spotty and hard to trust.

Risks must be taken  to earn good amount of profits, and if you cannot afford to take risk then it will never allow you to earn money from bitcoins.

That's what bitcoin is. The price either goes up and goes down. It's like a stock. Bitcoin is an investment and you don't always get 100% surefire profit from investments. There's always risk involved.
As for your transaction time, that was indeed too long. You probably payed small tx fee that's why your transaction wasn't prioritized.

Well i think that's only my problem too .when putting some investments especially on trading sites and transferring wallet to wallet confirmation takes time .

It's not really directly about bitcoins, but I do hate the feeling of being mocked whenever I use or mention of bitcoin in the public. People here are quite the 'trendy' people and mock those who do not go with the trend.
I'll be more surprised if bitcoin becomes a trend and they'll be like leeches leeching on me and I'll just slap the hell out of them.

Im just hating the very very long confirmation, it took me 12 hours before i send my bitcoin to a hyip, if i sent in 12 hours with a fast confirmation so ive earn in that 12  hours

I don't really hate anything about bitcoin except about this forum. I love the current forum layout(I'm sure many will agree with me), and I think the new forum software takes away all the fun to the forum.

I could be mistaken, the beta version of the forum might not be refined yet, but currently speaking I don't like the new design of the forum.

One thing that bugs me a bit is that it is not possible to find out the exact amount of Bitcoin I need before I make a purchase online. Like say something costs $50, I can't know the conversion rate or the exact amount Bitcoin I need until I checkout. It's only after site sends me to BitPay to make the payment that I'll know the exact amount. It's not really a big deal because I already know roughly how much it'll be but it's still a bit annoying not to be able to plan to the nearest Satoshi in advance. It would be nice if when shopping on regular sites, you had button next to the Dollar price that you can click to instantly check the amount in Bitcoin.

I agree. Slow confirmation time is a pain, but it is manageable. However, getting hacked is no fun. Imagine if you lost 5 or 6 figures worth of btc just because of hacking. That would be no fun at all.  :(

As of now in modern technology the BTC is very useful to earn since the everyone target is money. So there is nothing to dislike. There are many benefits in BTC to list out. Except bitcoin wallet hacking since i have many of people gets hacked and lost their balance. However BTC cannot bare this hacking only the wallet owner.

Well first , Bitcoin is a nice new techno currency which helps all of us towards a better life in general, with more possibilities for us, as more Bitcoin means more money for us.

However there are a few - points
1) Volatility is too high in the Bitcoin price, you never know what to expect
2) Hackers are after it more than anything else during this time (lot of successful hacking attempts, mainly online wallets)
3) There are very few big merchants who accept it, although Steam and Dell are accepting it so far, plus Overstock (so maybe this will change soon)

Do not worry too much. If the confirmation time to too slow, there will be not much usage of bitcoin, the price will not rise too high.

Slow confirmation can be annoying on exchanges and webshops, but when you pay friends you both now it's real time and the deal if there was a deal can go through.
But make sure to wait at least 1 confirmation just so things are set.

For small transactions, a confirmation is seldom needed.

I do not have so many problems in bitcoin. I'm comfortable with all the facilities provided by the bitcoin. there may be some issues such as waiting times confirmation. but still can be tolerated

The volatility of the bitcoin is too high. If the volatility is less than 5% in a month, more people will use it.

this time may be 1 confirmation that takes a long time. volatility, might be profitable, also be a major disadvantage. I like the stable price, but it is in a high value.

Yeah that's the issue which every bitcoiner state to be a problem in bitcoin but it depends on network, hmm that's everyone like :D its really good when the price goes on increasing and stays at that point for a long period !

for me there's no reason to hate bitcoin because i use bitcoin as a currency where i can do trades invest and trading bitcoin helps me to earn money without spending real money to buy coins or altcoins i only use bitcoin i love bitcoin because it's more reliable now than the other years and hoping that someday we can use bitcoin currency as a payment method in some stores because here in my country our bitcoin wallet now can pay our monthly bills it's now less hassle to travel

I just do not like the fact that a certain transaction can take about a few days to be confirmed. Although the most I've had was about a day and a half but I have seen reports that theirs took around 4-5 days.

Yeah it is annoying as hell that you have to wait several hours to confirm the transaction in some cases.  They provide solution for this to include an amount of transaction fee for every transaction done so it will be confirmed fast but even if you comply same thing happen sometimes.

the duration of the transaction can be completed if you are willing to pay transaction costs more to get a quick confirmation and I must aware about legalization cuz no one can guarantee your money back if bitcoin collapse.

Well for me its still not a perfect currency they are have no some feature that i want from paypal that will happen in bitcoin.
One of i want to add in bitcoin is reverse payment with costumer support if they can start a case to someone who not giving a good service or product..

for me bitcoin transaction is an excellent tool, it's even better than paypal. although still not perfect, bitcoin has had a very high price compared to paypal, other than that owned bitcoin transactions are also faster than paypal.    There is nothing I hate about bitcoins. I don't know is there something I can hate, currency like any other. Many don't like to wait for transactions, well I don't mind that, I have patience to wait for that to complete.
   Bitcoins are good as they are now, I wouldn't change anything. I think over time everything is going to be fixed and transactions will be much faster. Normally there is problems with bitcoins, but every currency have some flaws. I don't think those flaws are so big that I can say that I hate bitcoins for that, simply I like bitcoin in this current shape.

I never thought about what I don't like or what I hate about bitcoins. Maybe I hate myself cause I didn't notice bitcoins earlier, that is only thing I regret when we speak about bitcoins. Bitcoins helped me in so many ways and I like idea around bitcoin, that is what attract me to come back all the time. There is nothing I hate about btc, I love it. And I hope it will last forever!

I love everything about bitcoin and hate nothing about it. Bitcoin is a super power and it has a potential to make few of your dreams come true. I hate many other altcoins. Due to the huge number of altcoins bitcoin is not getting required investment which could have helped bitcoin to go in to 2k USD territory.

If possible stop using useless altcoins and start investing in bitcoin so that the market cap increases and we can see a huge price rise.

Well I have the same idea too, maybe it’s just because some people who put all their money in some investment sites or gambling sites but then got scammed and all they had was gone, they began to lose hope in bitcoin and suddenly hated it for no proper reasons. Or maybe they don’t have enough patient and they can’t use bitcoin like other currencies so they just give up on it.

if you want to increase your tx speed then increase the fee, they miner would prioritize bitcoin transaction with higher fee/kb first in order to maximize the use of their block space. sometimes i need to increase my fee also in order to get fast confirmation, simply higher the transaction fees you provide the faster the confirmation you get. so far i'm very statisfied with recommended fees right now.

It will give you losses only if you sell your coins at the wrong time, if you can have patience and hold your coins tight then there is no reason that you will suffer losses from it.

Its unstable price.  It is such hard to predict when should I sell my bitcoin since its price fluctuates.  Another thing is the fee when you exchange it into fiat currency.  That is all, everything else is perfect.

Yeah I exchange my bitcoins to my local currency from localbitcoins and they charge 2% transaction fees which is quiet high, as if you are dealing in higher amount then it will be very expensive.

Bitcoin is not consider as a payment method in my country no shop accept bitcoin. I can't use my bitcoin anywhere. Also, bitcoins transactions fee is quiet high.

Bitcoin needs shorter block times. I can't count how often I paid with btc and had to wait up to an hour until the payment was processed. If I use PayPal I can have instant payment. Big problem for a currency.

I see bitcoin for me as a means to an end. This profit. And hate bitcoin for me nothing. Only the person who started with no experience of doing business in the field of bitcoin will blame itself if it loses money.

i guess once offchain applications will become daily business the confirmation time and fees will go down. but do not mix up the rising or high price with the value. not buying no because of the price means you think it will drop. so go short and buy even more back. 

It rarely happens that you have to wait an hour for blocks the be found and thus get your transaction included in that block.

You have to look at the transaction size and add an appropriate fee to make pools include your transaction so it gets a quick confirmation. If you don't do that, then pools will ignore your transactions.

Some times certain transactions need several confirmations in order to be accepted by BitPay or other payment services. That's also something to consider.

i think this might be a psychological problem. since the fee is fixed on paypal and with bitcoin we have to choose. so even if we pay less fees with bitcoin it feels like a burden.
and the instant payment is not possible with bitcoin, but a couple of minutes wont kill you and you will be glade to wait once you get scammed with paypal. but yes i understand why you find it annoying.

I'm not talking about the time it takes to include my transaction in a block. Most payment gateways want six confirmations just to be extra safe and here we're talking about an hour minimum..

Then you were unlucky, checking the last 6 blocks now we can see that the average is 6 minutes (6 blocks in 35min).
It's true that sometimes it can be up to 1 hour but even longer when the transaction fee are below the minimum.

The part thing that i hate in bitcoin is slow withdrawal in the banks unlike that if there is already a BTC aTM bear to my place i can instantly withdraw my bitcoins but it takes long journey before i can go to find the BTC ATM here in my country.

I think no one hate bitcoin as there are two types of people. I dont hate bitcoin but i hate how people use bitcoin until it grt bad reputation, a lot of people using the anonymity feature that supposed to be use for good things turn it into bad things, like scamming other people using bitcoin so they cant be caught, buying illegal things like drugs or any thing

Well that's true but in that case we can't help as we cannot control them or guide them not to use it for bad things, but unless we are not using it for illegal things then its well and good.

The lack of anonymity is slightly irritating.
Mining is beyond hope for anyone who doesn't own a warehouse full of ASICs and the transaction time is too long in my opinion.
If all coins had started at the same time, bitcoin would barely be in the top10.

Although I am yet to buy anything with BTC in person, I dislike that I'll need to hang around waiting for confirmations. I'm not sure I want to take an extra 10-30 minutes each morning when buying my coffee just so the barista can make sure that my payment clears.

If you want to get rid of delay in confirmation time then you can add some extra fees in it which will help you in getting your transaction confirm in 10 to 15 minutes.

If you are into bitcoin trading,you must be watchful of market forces if you want to make profit.Do not blame bitcoin for your poor understanding of trade

It's funny how some people hate a great aspect of Bitcoin which is volatility. Even funnier is that when the price goes down like $10 from the price they have bought at, then they think that they have made a loss.... It's not a loss untill you sell at a loss. If you keep holding your coins, then no los will occur.

yes there is nothing wrong in bitcoin it is a very very good and amazing system i really appreciate it, the transaction process and the timing for transaction should be faster, the other thing is that the state should take take a step in favour of bitcoin to regulate it and legalize it .

Bitcoin's price is too high for me, so if we wanna trade bitcoin to fiat money, it will need big amount of capital. And not all of users has big capital for trading bitcoin to fiat. And i just can trade bitcoin to altcoins who has unstable rates.

I would like first of all to have stability in bitcoin. Everyone knows those moments that deserve the respect of the operations of the exchange but their popularity prevent possible sudden changes in the value of bitcoin.

If bitcoin exchange rate will be fixing the many to lose interest in him. Maybe those users who have purchased a coin hoping to make a profit at a time when the price of bitcoin will reach its peak. This is certainly going to happen, but maybe not in this or next year.

Poor bitcoin are likely those who have lost a lot. But lose and for the most part it is because of their literacy or not because of the fact that gamble. Otherwise it is impossible to treat with negative bitcoin. Members are to blame in the whole and not bitcoin.

there are so many scammers in the world and many of them are in bitcoin because they think they can get away with it if they use bitcoin for their scams.

this is why we see lots of new cloudmining ponzi schemes robbing people every day.

I hate the difficulty increasing to a point where I can't mine bitcoin and earn some profit from it, other than that I see nothing hate worthy about bitcoin dude.

The sudden fall is really a problem you wont have time to get back what tou want fast. One aallet site down can really affect bitcoin a lot. Even if you are online at the right time. The change is somehow fast.

I hate that some events really have a big effect in its price fluctuations like the hacking. If I buy that high and then suddenly the price dive then I would hate it but nevertheless I don't worry because I'm in for bitcoin for the long term so even though it has unstable price and huge fluctuations, I believe that it will continue to go up and more people will use it because some of the big sites will adopt and use it as payment option in the future and more stores will accept it as payment.

This is the worst thing happening with bitcoin. bitcoin it self is not a bad thing but people here treating bitcoin very badly and making it bad here.
sad but true that 90% of bitcoin related sites are scam ore not paying. and some of them are dead.. and rest of 10% doing their job very well.

I think those HYIP and any investment site is one of the problem why they are hating bitcoin because of that bitcoin has a bad image.

Well this is what I am hating with bitcoin. When there is going to be a sudden fall I can't accept the fact that it is possible anything from now. If there is a sudden price increase, then to be balance this is going to happen too and it did happened with the bifinex case. I am just thinking that why not bitcoin is just going to keep on increasing.

I think there is also a portion of the bitcoin community who don't actually treat BTC the same way they would treat cash. For example - I wouldn't even consider investing $600 of cash in a website that promises to double my money in a week, but suddenly when it is investing 1 bitcoin instead people think that it must work.
If bitcoin is used as a cash-equivalent then most of the 'rules' or attributes of cash are likely to apply, but I think people sometimes forget this.

I hate about bitcoin are those scammers of bitcoins who still creating ponzi scheme website to steal bitcoin from people who are working hard to get some bitcoin from this forum or else where hope that ponzi will never created thats a night mare to us the victim and aldo other people

Its not possible to see higher price every time if some thing bad news like bitfinex happens then it can crash the price of bitcoin, but as user of bitcoin you should be mentally prepared for price fluctuations.

I hate about bitcoin a few things, one thing is sometimes transactions get lost and stuck but this is solvable.
Other thing I don't like is that I can barely pay anywhere with it yet. I understand this requires more development and patience though so I will have that for a little while longer.

Transactions get lost? If you send Bitcoin from one address to another Bitcoin address, then a transaction will never get lost. The only thing I can think of is that if you don't add any fees, that your transaction might get dropped after a few days. Perhaps you should explain yourself a bit better.

Have never experienced that kind of problem. It would just happen in some bitcoin exchange site. They might be the culprit for that lost transaction. It would not happen if example the two of us are sending bitcoin. It might took longer now but never lost.

Majority persons are here who like and love the bitcoin, may be only few persons will be here who have a problem with it. Actually i never see any person who hate the bitcoins, even they get lose with it, but still they like it. Because bitcoin give us a lot of facilities in online transactions and also it give us a new way of earning, So i have a clear that who knows about bitcoin they never hate it.     

You may have never heard of or seen with certainty the haters bitcoin. So you still don't believe, because it is the instinct of everyone like you. What i hate about the bitcoin is that allot of people thinks that they now allot about the bitcoin but i can see the way they discribe something that they even dont know where they dealing with.

There are a lot of people who hates bitcoins. A lot of them. I'm pretty sure the reasons are already listed by many other users. Among the reasons are because mass media is partially to blame, for only reporting about illegal acts done with bitcoin, some people losing money to bitcoin, or some just really hate change.

Yeah thats true those illegal and scam is the bad thing that can affect the image of bitcoins so people who experience bad things about bitcoin it can be hate them im sure. but the other are still looking for the answer and they know the importance about bitcoin..

The transaction speed is tooo slow, 10 minutes block time is a burden for so many transactions in the same time, sometimes we have to wait for 50 mins to mine a new block, block bloating is a serious issue.

O don't like that Bitcoin has bad reputation (un some circles) because it is used for illeagal and criminal activity (Darknet). Also, I don't like that is still not well accepted like fiat currencies and that some governements are aginst it. Sometimes the confirmations ate too slow which can be an obstacle, especialy when buying something in shops. But this are all issues that could be repaired.

But the bitcoin price in that year are totaly insane if you can see the bitcoin price in that year is 1000$ and up now i dont know what happen bitcoin because the price is now at 600$ waiting again to bitcoin to increase the price

Actually those scammers are not a part of bitcoin but they are available everywhere even in real world you can find such scams, but here the problem is just that they are using bitcoin for scamming people and that disappoints a lot of users from using bitcoin.

Scammers are doing bad things in the real world, and every industry, crypto is OK compared to other industries. Drug, fire markets have more scammers.

There's so many scam sites like ponzi, hyip or something else out there but the point is dont invest in those site, we humans are often wrong , makes our failure to be an experience in order to not fall in the same hole. I think majority of us ever did this mistake at least when we were newbie, so they scamers always hunt beginer people or those who dont know about ponzi or hyip concept before. However this is not bitcoin's fault.

I hate the fact that I cannot cancelled what I mistakenly send to wrong address and I cannot retrieved it anymore coz we dont know the owner of that address and also what I hate about bitcoin is sometimes if  you're in a hurry to send bitcoin and takes and hour or two the confirmations to complete..

i think the transaction time is the beggist problem of bitcoin if this problems solved i think every thing will become ok.

If I had to be honest I would say I hate that I have to pay so many fees to get my money out of it when I need it, some fees are understandable but most exchanges gouge you

i think there is nothing to be hate about bitcoin but the transaction period some time provide problems which i really hate about bitcoins. i think this problem should be solve in priority basis so that it may not effect the image of bitcoin.

I don't hate nothing, bitcoins is good as it is. Who am I to search for flaws in this system. We wish for anonymity, but people hate it cause there is so many scammers. Anonymity helps people to hide behind usernames, fake e-mails, face accounts.
This is only a beginning, there is thing's like slow confirmation time that annoys me sometimes, but its not a big thing. One day that will be faster, and all other little things will be fixed.
People should have understanding for something new like bitcoin is. Now everything is good, but with time things can become perfect.

You don't hate slow transaction time? I wait painfully 1 confirmation sometimes. We need to have up to 1 hour for 1 confirmation. Miserable

I hate about bitcoin the limited payment places. I can't pay with it in any place and that's what I would like to see change cause I hate to convert money everytime.
But I love so much more than i hate about btc that it seems like a minor annoyance.

When there are a few block time or 15 mins or more, the transaciton will be held up. It will frustrate us greatly.

None I could think of as this moment.  Only the fee that is being charge if you will exchange your bitcoin into fiat currency.  Its unpredictable price but it is bearable, we are use to it.  There is always pros and cons but what is important is that bitcoin have more favorable characteristic that is really helpful to everyone of us. No one is entitled to hate bitcoins because everyone here benefited from it.

Why should I hate Bitcoin that makes no sense to me what so ever. Bitcoin is allowing me to make so extra money by using it as an investment.

I hate scammers. Normally. All operations with bitcoin are providing on the internet and it is so hard to protect yourself and your coins from scammers. Very often I hear about some exchanger crush or some scam online casino sites or just sites where you make bitcoin. It's afoul. And it's horrible when you realize how many time you killed to make those bitcoins. Thanks God I wasn't scammed for now, I'm trying to be careful and not too risky.

May I know what the fee is that you pay for cashing out your Bitcoins? For me personally it's either 0.5% or even free depending on what service or exchange I use within Europe. If I request a cash out from an exchange outside Europe, I simply withdraw the coins, and deposit them to an exchange here in Europe to cash them out to fiat.

Yes we don't see any point to hate it as its helping us in making some extra bucks from it, and if someone is helping you in getting more financial stable then there is nothing to hate about it.

What I find very annoying about bitcoin is that it's difficult to find anywhere to pay with it and then to actually make it useful you have to reconvert back to fiat and that costs money aswell. So as an investment nothing to complain but as a currency it's difficult.

I don't think there is anything to hate about that as if you add some extra fees then your transaction will get confirmed in very quick time, I have never faced any issue with that.

If eveybody add extra fees, there will be slow confirmation for everybody if the block size is not increased.

What do i hate about bitcoin? Well. There's nothing i dislike about the things, about the process of bitcoin. But theres one thing that i would suggest to, its about if making transactions, i think it take a time to have transactions but overall, theres nothing to change, i love bitcoin.

Yes i can take some time for the transaction to confirm but thats not the thing which we can hate about bitcoin,There are some processes in every thing and i am a big fan of bitcoin.So there is no way to hate any small thing about the bitcoins.

Actually there are not hate about bitcoins but there is a little problem about the time of confirmation transaction is long time and it is uncomfortable for me must be waiting for until the transaction be confirmed by miners.

Yes there are some drawbacks bitcoin that makes me feel annoyed. But it did not make me hate against bitcoin. As confirmation of delivery and receipt of BTC a very long time that I think is very disturbing to me, I had to wait for confirmation of payment of bitcoin wallet nearly 5 days. Perhaps the payment system must be improved to be more easily and quickly. Besides the many scam makes me less calm to use my bitcoin, we should be more selective to choose the correct site reliable. Maybe I'm just disturbed it and all I like with bitcoin.

If you ask me what i hate about bitcoin, definitely my answer is = i hate bitcoin timing transactions. I hate it because sometimes when i need urgent money I should wait around one hour even i ever wait more than one hour.

What I really hate is that most people around me still never heard about Bitcoin. It would be much more convenient if you had an opportunity to sell any amount in BTC immediately to someone you know and get local cash from them.

i do not think that people hate to bitcoin because bitcoin is very useful currency and bitcoin transaction is very faster and its transaction fees is very much lower and you are right there is a lot of people love to bitcoin.

I hate too much anonymity in bitcoin which helps scammers to loot money. Also there is no need of personal information required to make bitcoin wallet which makes the system insecure and there is no limit of wallet per person so some one could sit and make 10000s of wallets in a day.

but there is something that make people not happy about bitcoin ,
some people do not like a feature of double spending when you do it it is like you cancel the transaction to nowhere ,
also when you send bitcoin to wrong address it is considered as donation noone can help you ,
and a lot of other things make people unhappy about bitcoin but so far it less than the benefit itself.

Iam never hate about bitcoin
but several time iam boring if sending bitcoin very long time about confirmation
or is boring is sad , iam lost trading or gambling
but average iam still very like bitcoin

And i wonder why most of the people are saying that transactions time is a problem while i never faced the problem personally, it never took more than 15 minutes for me to confirm a transaction, and i never hated anything about bitcoin at all.

There are two sides of the medal here, I like and I hate at the same time the anonymity in bitcoin because sometimes it is good for people to have a privacy on their funds because people don't want to know where do they spend their money.

But at the other side for scammers it is very bad because the victims can never found the hacker/thief of their funds which we see everyday.

Yes and actually i love the same feature of bitcoin and that doesnt mean i am looting or doing some thing wrong.I like it because i also do gambling with bitcoins and i dont want to reveal my identity in that and do every thing anonymously and bitcoins helps me alot in this.

I think it is not always that we have to wait for longer for the confirmation for the transaction. mostly one confirmation is considered as enough for the completion of transaction and we can get that one confirmation in a few seconds and in some cases a few minutes which is not a bug issue.

The transaction time is never a problem because it is meant to stop double spending, if the transaction time is speed up there is every likelihood that some people will use the same bitcoin amount to purchase or send payment as many times as they wish. So, transaction time and its confirmation time are for just our better security.

Depends on the definition/metrics one applies - I guess.

For me everyone with a Bets/Gambling paid signature here falls into that 99% pot already.

You may have a point here. Its never a problem.since we are transacting online. But, it will hinder only for those budding entrepreneur who wants transaction on real time. How about if you are selling an over the counter food stuff and wants to accept bitcoin. Of course,after paying the customer must go, but how about the confirmation is not yet cleared and its already several minutes ;)

I just hate that sometimes it takes very much time for the transactions to confirm.

Yeah this is everyone's problem not just only you. I think that if more people use bitcoin then this issue somehow would be solved. But it's not so much a big deal so in my opinion, I don't like it about this but I don't hate it as well.

beside for waiting the completed confirmation which many people complain, i don't think i can hate bitcoin because until now, bitcoin is a good way for me to make money, and i just like bitcoin.

That is right today I tried a mobile recharge and it was emergency but the recharge site require at least one confirmation and for that I wait for some minutes and after that I got the recharge. I do not hate but I like that the transaction is made instant.

Nothing specially, maybe just the  instability of it's price..  nothing specifically tied with bitcoin.
