depends. what kind of trade are you talking about? people are also selling a lot of stuff for btc in this forum. for investing there's altcoins, dice sites, etc. just avoid investing in obvious ponzi sites.

The only way you can gain some coins is by selling your signature space for a brand so you can advertise it in your posts, but in order to make any decent amount you are going to need to ascend to at least Full Member, this takes a couple of months, and even then it's not much but it's better than nothing.

This is if you want to invest in time, and not invest in money too (investing in an altcoin and selling in a pump, for example).

If you are new then I would suggest to start your journey safely by working on signature campaign as trading and gambling is not recommended for you at this stage.

Your profit depends on how much bitcoins you can invest. If you have zero or very little amount of coins then you won't earn much.
Bitcoin is money, and just like in real life, there are not shortcuts when bitcoin price is already over $400.
Just be careful and don't get scammed by some fake investment site. Better ask before  you deposit your coins.

on the top right side of the screen there is a search option.
search these terms:
* earn bitcoin
* get free bitcoin
* ways to earn bitcoin

you will get your answer.

BTC Hi guys! im new in using bitcoin. Can you please help me to gain more coins. what are the best site you visited to invest/trade to others?

You didn't mention how much BTC you have (at least an estimated number) so It really depends but I will give you an idea on what you could do :

Risk methods (Not recommended) :

Ponzi schemes : Most of them are located in the Investor-based game section however most of them are scam , even if you find something "legit" you should know that it's not because sooner or later they will close and run with all BTC they have . (probably before you get your ROI back) .

Gambling :
It really doesn't matter what website you are using , you may get lucky and start earning much but you will eventually get greedy and lose it all If you ask me .

Lending : There is few Platform like BTCJam out there which allow you to lend people and get interested after x time . You should understand that the user whoever took the loan could take the money and run away and since it's Bitcoin you won't be able to get your money back or reverse the transaction (BTCJam won't give your money back , It's Peer to peer) . Even if they try to secure the website by asking people for ID and password and income proof etc .. It's not enough .

Recommend methods :

As I said , I'm not sure how much Bitcoin do you have but I will list them .
Opening a faucet : There is plenty of faucets out there but only few them are making good income . You should invest on your faucet by hiring programmers etc ... and make sure that you earn money instead of losing it . (there is a lot of bots out there and you should be totally protected from them) .

Offering services : It's probably the most profitable but require some efforts from your side and most of the time don't require any investement .
You can offer services (like Programming ,design , etc ...) in Services section in exchange of Bitcoins .

Enrolling in signature campaign :  You could enroll in signature campaign and get paid for each post you make , however you will need to have a higher ranked account like Senior or Hero member account to make decent amount of money . (You can buy an account in the Digital sections at 0.1 - 0.3 BTC depends on the rank/trust/posts/activity)

Good luck.

Welcome to the community. Faucets are good start but eventually you will find them not worth your time.

The best way to increase your bitcoin holding is to work a normal job and use your wages to exchange for BTC. No other easier ways I can think of.

There are many topics about how to earn bitcoins, you can use the search tab on top. And there are many ways to earn bitcoin, so it's not always about invest/trading.

You can just read though. There are many ways in earning bitcoin but so far signature campaign is the easiest way in earning it.

Poloniex is what I use to trade.
If you only want to trade Bitcoin, I suggest Bitfinex. Really good security.

I agree. Faucets are a waste of time. Signature campaigns are better, but not by much.

The fastest, easiest, most effective way to obtain bitcoins is to buy them.

This might just be the most common question being asked on this forum and most people end up playing around with faucets. If you have access to a whole network of friends and you can sign them up as

referrals, you might make some free Satoshi's for your efforts. {This will not last long, because people get fed up with faucets very quickly} The best method to gain some coins, is to buy them with some

extra cash or to take on a second job and to use that cash to buy more Bitcoins and build from there. {This is not a get rich scheme, and needs the same hard work to get to the top}

A good way to increase your bitcoins is to use CoinRebates (http://www.coinrebates.com) the next time you buy something online, allowing you to earn cashback in bitcoin.

As you are a newbie so start being just a reader, you would learn more.
Start from using faucets, you would gain experience about bitcoin transactions and it's basics.
For trading purposes you could use YoBit. You should be wise enough to choose the right coin for investment.
And lastly don't get involved in Ponzi or doubler schemes. They are all scams !

I think  investing in any site is not recommended for newbie trading also is not recommended for newbie but you can study it first and learn how trading works..
The only thing that i can suggest is to join in any signature campaign but you should rich jr.member first before you join.. because only signature campaign can give more bitcoins if you have no skills... but if you have some skills you can offer it in services section so that you can make more bitcoins..

Investing time is much better in earning bitcoin. I suggest you, as a newbie too, to work for the signature campaign. It will only take a couple of months to start and after that, we can earn a decent amount of bitcoin everyday.

There are many signature campaigns running on this forum. You can check them out here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0)
Although most of them are full or others require higher ranks, you could join YoBit campaign which has daily payout feature.
