Having a domain registered via proxy is hardly reason to call a company a scam...

they say they are shipping them, but ASICminer and AValon are sure bets, serious believers behind those companies.

we will know soon, but no doubt they used the preorders as seed money to build the ASICs, a serious red flag.

I think by the time BFL gets a miner to someone, they could have vested that money into an overpriced video card setup and have had it paid off and making BTC.

agreed, they could have been mining and earning enough to buy a ASICminer usb key or had a decent mining farm.

The media has been reviewing their product.

Delays are a HUGE deal, because of the loss of value in the product itself, and the loss of cash flows.

However, it's definitely not a full-blown scam.

Delivery after a year (you can't see even roi anymore), not meeting product power usage, donating 1000btc to a charity fund which belong to them, insulting clients on this forum by their employees and many more. Of course they are a scam.

STAY AWAY FROM BFL

Guys, bump such threads occasionally. They will have less $/BTC stolen in their pockets.
