Is my graphics card good enough to mine?

Good enough? No idea how good it has to be to say "it's enough".
It will be able to mine, yes.

A 5470 should be able to run at 15-20MH/s, depending on your clock-settings.
Not really a lot, at current difficulty that's about 0.002-0.003BTC per day.
You can probably make the same amount or more on freeBTC sites without mining 24/7.

Low end graphics card is usually pointless for mining because the overall power bill for the system costs more than the bitcoin value mined
