Title: how to post in currency exchange forum

what do i need to be allowed to post there?
i wanna purchase 10 bitcoins in a non-anonymous way (bank transfer) but at a rate a little lower than on mtgox (150€ for the lot)

Good luck finding bitcoins at 15€ when their price is 17.4...

i was planning on buying 10 at once though and 150€ real euros is a 150€ more than a theoretical 17.4€ for each.
and besides, im open to negotiations

+1. I'll purchase any amounts less than 1000 BTC as long as the price at MT.Gox is 17+ euros. Might up the amount too.
