What Is RoxoCoin? ???

RoxoCoin is a new AltCoin (AlternativeCoin), uses PoW (Proof of Work) and the Algorithm is SHA-256. Its a new coin for the Miners that like mining but dont have much money (Investment),  and want to: Help the family, Buy with your OWN money and etc.

Ok, i got it but why should i mine RoxoCoin? ???

Well, RoxoCoin its a New Coin so the difficulty to Mine RoxoCoin its Very Lower than another Coins Difficulty (Bitcoin, LiteCoin...), so you can mine  a good amount of coins AND remember coins Can Have a good Price after some time, Like Bitcoin, some time ago bitcoin was a 20$ (a good time) and now its more than 400$!

Before you Mine i recomend you to Encrypt your wallet. Go in Settings and Encrypt Wallet
Now just go in HELP and DEBUG Window after that click in Console
and use the comands
setgenerate true -1
Note: You can change -1 to the number of cores that you have in your CPU
getmininginfo
You use this comand for get information of the mining status, like the HashRate and Block Number

Why is there such a large premine and what is the premine being used for?

Large? I get the lowest PreMine, you van get upto 70% And i only get 1%. Its for the Owner or creator have some coins, if the have a good price, he will can sell at a good price

Although dev seems to be good-hearted, I don't think this is going anywhere :'(

Large in terms of it seems you haven't invested much time into developing this coin beyond cloning bitcoin and changing few (very few) parameters in the code. Additionally the mining rewards are small, and spaced out by 3min each meaning it will take ~9.68 YEARS for their to be as many coins on the market via mining as what you have allocated for yourself in the premine.

My math:
84,848,485 premine / 50 coins per block = 1,696,969.7 blocks to achieve premine supply via mining
(1,696,970 blocks to achieve premine * 3min per block) / 60min per hr / 24 hrs per day / 365 days per year = 9.685 years


I think there would be more support from the community if the premine weren't so gratuitous, or if there was some clear plan to use the premine to better grow the value of this project.

Hello again my friends,  i am really sorry, i didnt abandones the coin, i had and i AM having some medic problems so i didnt had too much time for the coin. Well i AM back now! AMD lets beggin, i (obvious not me but a friend) made a Roxocoin Wallet APP for Android! Now transactions are easier to be made. And de are going to do a ICO of the coin. Obviously, ANY help its apreciated.
