Just because of this he has negative trust, I have seen he hasn't scammed a single dime yet. Looked at his shop that also looks legit he has made some sales. But this doesn't mean he wouldn't scam, he can very easily. So if a escrow is used I won't mind participating in this lotto, but I fear that no one else will participate and this lotto will never end lol.
