This become from the way Bitcoin was intented, but not really a problem I think, because you can say the same thing about pretty anything... If you say it is run from Panama, it is still no big deal, because it gives a platform to people to talk about Bitcoin. It just happens to offer other services too, like a informal market place to deal in Bitcoin and other goods.
