 I do not want to use the word thieves but I have no choice. I created an account to play poker myrself exactly 31-03-2016 and deposited some coins to play for fun. Everything was cool but I wanted to pay more, and I noticed that the option payout is locked and below that I have to activate my account no approx.
I sent myself an email with account activation but nothing happens. The following screen how many times I did it, and for how many days and nothing. Look at mail everywthere the same im not lie.

I wrote to the support I received from the girls that Natali referred the matter to the technical office. Every day, I asked what was happening with the subject, the answer he received that provide support to the affair.
At present there is no aid after 5 days, and I fear that none of this will not do and even I'm sure. If you do not want to lose the money I advise you to play elsewhere.

Without reason they lock the withdrawal? I'm not convinced by it maybe you made a mistake and you are not aware
I always see someone post related problems Fortunejack all resolved properly. I'll wait for clarification of Fortunejack here of course I'll support you if you are not guilty, hope all is fine.

Everything was fine as I only played well because I noticed that I can not payout, I wrote several times for help and everyone says the same thing. Only that this assistance is not there.

Does not intend to intervene in this matter because I do not know the real problem but my advice you also make a post on the official thread Fortunejack so Fortunejack can see this problem and quickly respond I'm sure help in email and forum is not the same person

Don't quite understand what do you mean. Are you talking about locked deposit option or withdrawal? Have you received verification email and clicked on the link? If so, what happened then?

I don't think they're trying to steal your money, just another case of shitty, non-responsive support.

I am into their signature campaign and i am receiving the payment on time and even with that bitcoins i have played so many poker games and tournament but till now i did not faced any problem with withdraw. Even fortune jack poker room is the best till now what i have seen in so many other bitcoins poker sites, they have lot of problem , but in fortune jack it is fast and running just like same what i use to play in fiat currency sites.

Just go through what you are facing problem you will get the solution just wait.

I play poker there all the time. I never had any problem with withdraw, I can even say that they are faster then some other casinos. Their withdraw is instant, I waited just once like 15 minutes maybe.
OP posted some pictures but I don't see nothing special, just two ordinary pictures.
I just know that this thread is not for gambling section. There is scam accusation so I think OP need to move it there.

it's clear what is a problem because he use @wp.pl and not use gmail,yahoo,etc. you can try register another account using gmail,yahoo.

Try confirming your email using one of the services above.
I think that they will not steal your coins.

Signature Campaigns paying on time doesn't mean they're legit.Have strong proofs to base your opinions.You're simply posting crap for the signature you are wearing without having any idea about the website or OP's problem.Why don't talk to the owner and sort the OP out by getting his coins back ?

I think its not yet the right time for the op to put a scam accusation against FJ he should deal this first by telling his problem on their thread and if they ignored or couldnt solve the problem then thats the time he should post the accusation against them.

I have been here in this forum to see this kind of stuff for alot of times and most of the times, the OP of the thread will only tell a one sided story that benefit himself and discredit the other party. I probably wont call them thief before they make an official responses here about what exactly is going on

you may be mistaken or just wants bringing the fortunejack.com sites, because I during play at fortunejack there was never any trouble to deposit or WD, for fortunejack.com all sites that played there were delighted with the performance of the site fortunejack.com ..

Is everything ok now op? Since fortunejack have replied to your complaint above, I thought the problem should be solved.
Please make sure everything are correct in your side before making any accusation against any sites. Your problem are in email confirmation  which it's fault on your end.

its not scam,you can't judge fortunejack scam just because they ask you to verify you email,its weird. i think OP have bad plan to post this,so far fortunejack is fine,and they already give explain to OP.

fortunejack is not scam. OP should not aware of email verification rule. I think his problem solved now because fortunejack replied to his thread and clarify every thing..
OP. verify your email address and try to withdraw your earning. and share with us what will happen?

I think this is just a technical issue that is not yet detected by the fortunejack, because I do some matches and withdrawal are all fine (Thursday 31-3-2016). Maybe now is still in repair and I hope the party fortune jack immediately fix and immediately provide clarification on this issue. Good luck friend

I think what is happening is, for whatever reasons, OP is either not able to receive email(s) to complete the verification procedure or he has lost access to it.

Also, OP you should have activated your account by verifying the email before depositing and/or playing.

I assume the problem here on op were solved as he not able to clarify through his account.
And yeah it was basic fault, only an email verification matter nothing else. Case should closed to avoid misleading about fj reputation.
